...En cas d'alerte à prendre au sérieux, il faut s' éloigner des zones telles que près des rivières, retenues d'eau, etc...des zones de terrains inondables qui peuvent ne pas être répertoriés, et des zones de relief pouvant entraîner des glissements de terrain. Donc la meilleure consigne quand on est de passage, c'est direction une ville et un hôtel " en dur" pour quelques jours. L' arrivée est prévue Mercredi 30. Attention, l' alerte est maintenue, voire étendue sur les secteurs suivants:

Bjr, Sur ce même site, le cyclone a été requalifié en baisse, les vents ne présentent plus de danger, et on demande simplement de faire attention à quelques inondations possibles, et aux vagues de part et d'autre de la péninsule sud. Notre correspondant à Khon Kaen tient à relever la joie de tous les fermiers: la pluie depuis hier est continue et abondante, ce qui est très bon signe pour la prochaine récolte. Au boulot!🙂

Warning "Tropical Storm KETSANA" No. 11 (162/2552) Time Issued : September 30, 2009 At 1.00 p.m. Tropical Depression “KETSANA” was centered over Ubon Ratchathani with sustained winds of 50 km/hr. The depression moves west slowly and it is forecast to becomes weak. This will make widespread rain with gusty wind. Torrential rain will be likely especially in much of the Northeast and East. The lower North and the Central including Bangkok today will experience less rain than the Northeast from late afternoon to evening today. People in the risky areas along foothills near waterways and in lowlands should beware of flooding during this period. This condition alerts for provinces of Uttaradit, Phetchabun, Phicit, Loei, Chaiyaphum, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, Surin, Buri Ram, Nakhon Ratchasima, Prachin Buri, Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong and Phangnga. The strong southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand causes wind-wave likely 2-3 meters. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand keep ashore. The advisory is in effect for Thailand from 30 September 2009. It is expected to move slowly along the low trough passing through Nakhon Ratchasima and the Central. Widespread rain with heavy rainfalls is likely in much of the western Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and the East. People in the risky areas along foothills near waterways and in lowlands should beware of flooding during 1-2 days. This condition alerts for provinces of Kamphangphet, Phicit, Phetchabun, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri, Sara Buri, Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Ratchaburi, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Phetchaburi, Ranong and Phangnga.
