Je serais au Ladakh, vers la mi juin, j'ai recu quelques itineraires (si tu me files ton email, je te les enverrai) :
Voici un exemple, pour la Marka Valley

Leh to Jingchen (3380m) to Rumback (3870m).
Taxi drop off in Jingchen (1½ hour drive). See a 100 year-old Golden Eagle’s nest, high up on a cliff-face. If open, stop at the tea tent near Rumbak for a rest. Easy 3 - 5 hours walk up a valley, slowly ascending.

Rumback (3870m) - acclimatisaton day.
Explore around the village. Hike up the valley towards Stok La pass for better acclimatization. Keep an eye open for blue sheep.

Rumback (3870m) to Shingo (4150).
Cross Ganda La pass (4850m) and enjoy the views of the Zanskar mountains and Stok Kangri. 5 - 7 hours walk.

Shingo (4150m) to Skiu (3350m).
2½ - 3 hours easy descent. Either explore the area around Skiu or take a trip downstream to the Zanskar Gorge and visit the pretty village of Kaya (3-5 hours round trip).

Skiu (3350m) to Markha (3770m).
Walk through a beautiful green valley. 6 - 7 hours walk, long but easy.

Markha (3770) to Hankar (4240m).
Enjoy views of Kangyatse peak. 4 - 5 hours walk, mostly flat.

Hanker (4140m) to Nimaling (4740m).
Easy 2 hour gradual ascent to Tahungste (4240m), then a steeper ascent to Nimaling. See lots of birds along the way. Enjoy the mountain views and sunset at Nimaling. 5 – 7 hours total walking. Accommodation in a permanent tented camp.

Nimaling (4740m) to Chogdo/Shang Sumdo (3740m).
Max. 2 hour ascent to Gongmaru La pass (5260m). At the top of the pass, enjoy views of the Karakoram mountains to the north and the Zanskar mountains to the south. Total 5 – 7 hours walk to Chogdo. 9 days option: stay the night at Chogdo. 8 days option: continue to Shang Sumdo (extra 2 hours max. walking) and return to Leh by taxi.

Chogdo to Shang Sumdo (3740m).
Keep an eye out for blue sheep. 2 hours max. walking to Shang Sumdo. Return to Leh by taxi with a visit to Hemis Monastery on the way.

Au fait, vu que tu arrives vers la fin juin, je te conseille egalement de te rendre au monastere d'Hemis pour son festival qui a lieu le 29 et le 30 juin.
