Problème de réservation en ligne pour le Machu Picchu

Bonjour à tous, Je souhaite réserver des billets d'entrée pour le Machu Picchu sur le site http://www.machupicchu.gob.pe/. Je suis les premières étapes du site à savoir : choix du site, de la date, puis informations sur les personnes (étape 2). Je clique ensuite sur "step 3" et la page ne se charge pas. Rien n'est affiché et je n'ai donc pas de numéro de réservation.. J'ai réitéré l'opération plusieurs fois mais toujours le même problème.. J'ai également vu sur des précédents post que certains ont rencontré des pb pour le paiement. Est-ce toujours d'actualité? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses ! Jennifer

Nous avons pu obtenir une réponse de la part du site et cela a fonctionné. Ci dessous le message reçu, pour les personnes qui auraient le même problème :

Unfortunately our website has some problems. Before to make a booking, please change the language from English to Spanish (click on the Spanish flag), so you can make the reservation. Then go to step 3 Review and accept the booking terms and conditions then click on GENERAR RESERVA here you will generate a BOOKING NUMBER, take note!! Now you can pay online click on “PAYMENTS” with your VISA credit card (Verified by Visa), enter your booking number, it will appear a page with your information and the payment amount, click on “enviar” (send) in the next step you must fill in the field gaps with the required information, once finished this operation a page will appear confirming your payment. Remember, once finished this operation a page will appear confirming your payment (PAGO EXITOSO). Finally click on "CHECK IN" and enter your booking number to print your tickets. Remember that you have 6 hours to make the payment or your reservation is cancelled. The ticket is only valid on the date printed on the ticket, once you purchase the ticket there is not a refund neither change of date nor change of information.

Effectivement, après m'être arraché les cheveux tout le week-end, et sans réponse du call center, cela a parfaitement marché en espagnol !
