Bonjour,
Il est vrai qu'il existe quantité de posts sur le Rajasthan. Ceci étant, pour être constructif voici l'itinéraire que nous avions suivi et sur lequel nous nous étions mis d'accord avec notre chauffeur avant le départ. Chemin faisant, il a nous a fait découvrir de nombreux lieux insolites (marchés locaux, petits temples, son village au nord d'Udaipur, un lieu de reproductio des oiseaux migrateurs, nous avons fait un train safari, ...
Voici l'itinéraire sur 25 jours. A vous de l'adapter le cas échéant selon votre propre rythme.
1st day: Delhi airport to Mandawa ( about 6 to 7 hours) with a stop at Rani Sati Temple, then visit of the Havelis - 1 night Mandawa.
2nd day: Visit of the Havelis at Mandawa. Mandawa to Bikaner (about 4 hours) on the way visit of Deshnok (the rat Temple) and 2 nights in Bikaner.
3rd day: Visit of Bikaner and the Junagarh Fort.
4th day: Bikaner to Jaisalmer (about 6 to 7 hours) – 3 nights in Jaisalmer.
5th day: Jaisalmer visit forts and Havelis. City walk round.
6th day: Jaisalmer to camel riding (Khudi Village) and possible night in the sand dunes.
7th day: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (about 5 to 6 hours). Jodhpur overnight and visit clock tower, Jaswant Thada and city walk round.
8th day: Visit Mehran Garh Fort at Jodhpur in the morning. Jodhpur to Jojawar (about 3 hours). Hotel Maharadja.
9th day: Jojawar to my village (about 2 hours), visit my village and contact with local people. Then my village to Ranakpur (about 2 hours). Overnight in Ranakpur.
10th day: Visit of Jain temple (Adinath Temple) in the morning at Ranakpur. Ranakpur to Kumbalgarh (visit the Fort), then Udaipur (about 3 hours) – 3 nights in Udaipur.
11th day: Udaipur (City Palace + city round walk)
12th day: Udaipur (Monsoon Palace, Sas Bahu Temple)
13th day: Udaipur to Chittorgarh (3 hours). Visit of Chittorgarh + Fort. Overnight in Chittorgarh.
14th day: Chittorgarh to Bundi (3-4 hours). Visit of Bundi. Overnight in Bundi.
15th day: Bundi to Rathambore National Park (3 hours). Overnight in Rathambore.
16th day: Safari in the Park
17th day: Safari in the morning. Rathambore to Pushkar (about 4-5 hours). Overnight in Pushkar.
18th day: Visit of Pushkar in the morning. Pushkar to Jaipur (about 3 to 4 hours). 4 nights in Jaipur.
19th, 20th and 21th day: Visit of Jaipur (Amber Fort with elephant riding, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Wind Palace, Old Pink City, Galta, ……).
22th day: Jaipur to Fathepur Sikri (about 5 to 6 hours). Visit of Fathepur Sikri. Fathepur Sikri to Agra (about 1 hour). Overnight in Agra.
23th day: Agra (visit of the Taj Mahal early in the morning about 6 am for the sunrise). Then visit of Agra Fort, Humayun’s Tomb and Agra to Dehli (5 hours). Overnight in Dehli.
24th day: Visit Dehli (Jama Masjid, Ghandi Tomb, India Gate, …)
25th day: Visit Dehli. Dehli airport.
