Besoin d'aide pour correction sur une lettre de recommandation

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai besoin d'aide pour la correction d'une lettre de recommandation. Je suis un peu une "chèvre" en anglais et j'ai besoin de ça pour un employé. Je suis preneur de toutes remarques qui pourrait améliorer cette lettre.

C'est du bon anglais Suggestion :..already in place. He showed an excellent capacity to adapt, especially in learning management procedures for simulators and customer care.
