Hi

I’d like to know if any of you have already traveled with the solidarity tourism association Double Sens and if you could share your thoughts about this org. Maybe via private message to avoid any positive or negative publicity? Thanks in advance

Maybe in a private message to avoid any positive or negative publicity?

That’s not the spirit of this forum!!!

Hi Fexon, it seems I messed up... please reply in whatever way you think fits best with this forum, which I’m still getting to know but already find really helpful!

Not in the spirit of VF? I disagree with you. Especially since Laurence has the courtesy to offer a response via PM.

Well... I didn’t necessarily want to start a debate, but I get the feeling some of you enjoy it... have fun 😉 Freedom of speech...

While waiting for an answer to my question and for you all to decide whether it’s in or out of the forum rules—since I’ve stumbled upon a Corsican...

Chnoupi, I’m leaving Tuesday for Propriano... any great tips? Given that I’m staying for a week, have a car, and I’m getting back into hiking after some health issues (so no hikes longer than two hours for now), but I want to use this time to rebuild my strength for more challenging stuff next year (solidarity tourism, so... if you’ve been following...)

Thanks! And have a good debate 😏, it’d better be settled by the time I’m back, huh?

For short hikes: the coastal trail in Campomoro, Filitosa, the Caldane baths (not a hike but great for a soak), Bonifacio with several discoveries, and Bavella if there’s no snow at the pass)...

Hello,

It's me who disagrees with you, Pat... Sure, Laurence is courteous... But the principle of this forum is that things are out in the open for other members so they can form their own opinion on the topic... If everyone used the PM function... there’d be no forum left! There’d just be questions without answers...

Best regards

Good evening Laurence, Did you get any responses about the Double Sens association? Or did you end up traveling with them? I’d love to hear some opinions on their “mission” trips. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, Regarding the DOUBLE SENS agency, I can share my feedback after a 14-day trip to Ecuador at the end of 2025 on the theme "The Energies of the Andes." Two-thirds of the itinerary didn’t match the description. It borders on scamming. Having worked with reliable agencies before, I’m categorical: I don’t recommend them. If needed, I can provide more details since I’m currently in a dispute with the DOUBLE SENS agency. Dancha
