Bonjour, Nous faisons les frais de ces réductions. Nous avons été informé hier que notre vol Istanbul/Nice (dernier tronçon d'un Singapour /Nice) était "modifié". Nous devions voler le 5/11 et sommes reportés sur le même vol, mais le 6/11! Cela ne nous pose pas trop de problème sur le plan professionnel (et scolaire , nous voyageons avec notre fille de 13 ans) car le 6 est un dimanche mais nous n'avions pas trop envie dans le contexte actuel de passer + de 24 h à Istanbul (à regret car nous avions beaucoup aimé lors d'un précédent séjour) Problème résolu, car nous avons aussi décalé le vol Singapour/Istanbul de 24 h. J'ai essayé (bien que connaissant la règle en la matière) d'obtenir un geste commercial de TA mais en vain. Pourtant, tout cela a quand même un coup: 1 nuit d'hôtel, transfert aéroport/hôtel à Singapour et la modification de notre billet pour le vol Nice/Ajaccio (et oui Nice n'est pas notre terminal) Bon dimanche Françoise

Il a été dit et redit des 10aines de fois sur ce forum qu'une Cie peut modifier ses horaires jusqu'à 2 sem avant le départ sans avoir a verser de compensation sous quelque forme que ce soit. La seule obligation étant un remboursement intégral du billet si la nouvelle proposition de vols n'est pas acceptée ceci mm si le billet est un tarif "non remboursable

Il semble, selon les journaux italiens des derniers jours, que Gênes en fasse aussi les frais...

Un geste commercial est assez difficile à imaginer ; ça convient pour des incidents, des choses qui seraient arrivées lors de voyages sur la compagnie, mais là, avant même le vol, je ne vois pas. Vous aviez pensé à quoi ?

Au-delà de la règle, je n'ai jamais vu une compagnie indemniser - financièrement - ainsi des nuits d'hôtel. Je crois que c'est vraiment demander au-delà du raisonnable. 🙂 A la limite, des Miles, ou une upgrade.

Suite a l'attentat a l'aeroport d'Istambul et au coup d'etat, Turkish Airlines (et les autres compagnies turques) ont perdu beaucoup de clients, d'ou la suppression de nombreux vols. J'ai moi meme voyage recemment dans des avions quasi vides.

Pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas de révision de fréquence sur les vols de/vers l'Amérique selon vous?
