Retraite yoga au lac Inle

Bonjour,

Connaissez-vous un endroit au Lac Inle préférentiellement pour faire un stage de yoga d'une dizaine de jours (pour débutant) ?

De la méditation dans un monastère, c'est faisable. Mais un stage de yoga, je n'ai pas le sentiment que ce soit une spécialité birmane.

I just came across this post, so I’ll answer it for any future travelers who might stumble on it like I did. From my research, there unfortunately aren’t any yoga retreats at Inle Lake. I think the area lacks the infrastructure to host such retreats. Most travel agencies offer similar stays in India, some of which focus on Ayurveda :) (I highly recommend discovering this absolutely incredible traditional medicine!)
