Billets pour le One World Observatory (New York)

Bonjour à tous,

Je pars à NewYork bientôt et je souhaiterais acheter mes billets pour visiter owo en avance sur internet pour économiser du temps et de l'argent (grâce à un code promo C21OWO). Savez vous si les billets achetés sur internet doivent être imprimés ou peut on les présenter sur portable ?

J'ai commandé des billets pour le moi prochain et voilà ce qui est écrit dans le mail:

Thank you for your purchase. Your order has been confirmed. Please click on the link below to PRINT your One World Observatory e-tickets. Please PRINT and bring your tickets with you on the day of your visit. All e-tickets will be scanned prior to entry. All guests must have a ticket to enter.

Et sur le ticket:

THIS IS YOUR TICKET. VERIFY OPERATING HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT ONEWORLDOBSERVATORY.COM. PRINT this page and bring it with you when visiting the Observatory. The Observatory is located at the World Trade Center Complex at the intersection of Vesey Street and West Street. The main entrance for the Observatory is located on West Street (West Plaza). Ticket not valid for repeat admission.

"PRINT" est chaque fois indiqué en majuscule et il n'est indiqué nul part qu'il est possible de présenter le billet sur téléphone donc j'ai préféré tout imprimer ;)

d'une manière générale on imprime toujours nos billets d'entrée et nos cartes d'embarquement, personne n'est à l'abri d'un problème de portable au moment de rentrer quelque part. Et là on doit se retrouver tout "couillon" d'avoir voulu faire le malin avec nos appareils de "haute technologie"...

Et c'est aussi écrit contrairement à ce qui a été dit précédemment.

Merci à tous pour vos réponses. Comme elles étaient contradictoires, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains et j'ai écrit un mail à OWO. Voici leur réponse :

Thank you for showing an interest in One World Observatory. As an alternative to presenting printed tickets, our guests also have the option of showing their electronic tickets for entry. Simply access your confirmation email and click on the 'Print Tickets' link to load your e-tickets. Taking a screen shot of each barcode will ensure not having to depend on a WiFi signal to load them once you're entering One World Observatory. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
