Feedback on 14-day Florida itinerary with a child
Hi everyone,
We’re planning a trip to Florida during Belgium’s Carnival break, from February 14 to March 1, 2025.
I’d love your help putting together our itinerary and getting ideas for family-friendly places to stay 😊
We’ll likely book a multi-destination flight, arriving in Miami and departing from Orlando.
Here’s what we’d really love to do:
- Visit beaches like Sanibel Island—we’re huge shell collectors 🐚
- See alligators in the Everglades and take a tour there
- Spend some downtime in the Keys to relax a bit
- Head to the Kennedy Space Center since my son is obsessed with astronauts and rockets
- Maybe hit one of Orlando’s theme parks (we were leaning toward Universal, but the prices are just outrageous 😬)
- Explore some cool spots in Miami.
We’d also prefer not to switch hotels too often—maybe at least two nights in each place? And no more than a 3-hour drive between stops.
Here’s our rough plan so far: Day 1–3: Miami Day 3–5: Keys Day 5–7: Everglades, Naples, and Sanibel Island Day 7–11: ??? Day 11–14: Orlando and Kennedy Space Center
As you can see, I’m not sure whether to add more days to the places we’re already visiting or if we should swing by Clearwater or somewhere else? Thanks in advance for your tips and recommendations!

Itinéraire de 17 jours en Thaïlande

Nous partons avec mon compagnon du 21/11 au 8/12 en Thaïlande et se sera notre premier voyage en Asie. J'ai déjà commencé mon itineraire mais j'aurais besoin d'avis concernant la fin de mon itineraire. Nous arrivons le 22/11 à bangkok vers 12h et reprenons un vol à 17h pour chiang mai afin d assisté le 23/11 à la fete des lanternes. Voici donc l'ébauche de notre itineraire : J1 22/11: chiang mai (arrivé en soirée) J2 23/11: chiang mai J3 24/11: chiang mai J4 25/11 : chiang mai J5 26/11 : chiang mai --> départ en bus tôt au matin pour sukhothai et nuit la bas J6 27/11: sukhothai --> bangkok ( départ de sukhothai vers 14h arrivé à bangkok en soirée ) J7 28/11: bangkok J8 29/11: bangkok J9 30/11: bangkok--> surathani (départ le soir en train couchette) J10 1/12 : krabi
Et c'est là que j'ai besoin d aide :D Soit je reste un peu sur Krabi histoire de faire l excursion des 4 îles ( ko kut, ko poda , railay?) Soit je vais directement sur ko Lanta et on peut faire l excursion de ces meme îles la bas?
Je repars le 08/12 au soir de phuket ( a minuit donc je je perd pas ma journée) Mais du 01/12 au 08/12 je ne sais pas comment m organiser. j'aimerais dormir au moins une nuit sur ko phi phi et 2 nuit sur koh ngai. Et passer une journée sur phuket histoire de faire l excursion vers james bond Island.
Ca fait un peu cliché mais vu que c'est notre 1ère fois en Asie Jai un peu du mal à établir un itineraire :/
