Military service in Algeria

Hello,
I’m traveling to France with a settlement visa, but there’s a small issue: I didn’t do the medical visit and I never received a call-up order.
I checked, and I’m not being searched for.
My questions are:
- Won’t they ask for my military card at the airport, and am I at risk of any trouble?
Once in France, will I be able to get my military card? If so, what’s the procedure?
