The trip is planned for July. For now, I’m waiting to hear back from a co-traveler I met through this group. She wasn’t feeling well, so it’s possible the trip won’t happen (or will be later, either with her or someone else). As a result, you might end up leaving before me. As for my enthusiasm and desire to discover new places and people—it’s definitely still there! I’ve met people through groups who’ve become friends. I love meeting new people and stepping outside the familiar, the seen, the known... Maybe we could give each other a call to chat? What do you think? (Though right now, I’m also preparing for a trip to Albania in September and India in October, plus wrapping up all my current activities, so I’m a little less "free".)

I recently came back to this site and didn’t think to check if I had any replies after a while. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I’ll call you as soon as I can—one of my daughters, who’s unwell, is staying with me until February 18th, so I’ve been taking care of her.
As soon as I’m able, I’ll give you a call so we can chat about a possible trip together.

Hi! I’m a fit, sporty, dynamic, and enthusiastic woman looking for someone to join me in exploring Georgia, Albania, or Armenia (not all at once 😄). Traveling simply and positively is my style. I’m used to traveling with "strangers," and it’s always gone well, but this time, I don’t have partners for these destinations. Preferably leaving in April, May, or July–September. Thanks!

Motivations pour partir seule en voyage

Ai-je bien lu que vous avez 72 belles années ? Je suis admirative et je voulais le noter sur ce forum. J'aimerais partir moi aussi, du haut de mes 60 ans, mais je me questionnais sur la "facilité" de déambuler. Je ne m'inquiète pas de ma forme, puisque je suis une joggeuse régulière... Peut-on trouver des co-équipiers dans nos âges ? facilement ? Enfin à partir de 50 ans me conviendrait tout à fait, jusqu'à.... peu importante puisqu'il apparaît qu'on peut vivre plein de magnifiques aventures très très longtemps. . Avez-vous d'autres expériences de voyage ?
