Hello, I’d love to hear your feedback! We’re thinking of heading to Sardinia in the first half of December. It might not be the best time of year, but I’m hoping we’ll still have a great trip. If anyone here has been there during this period and has any tips—good or bad experiences—I’d really appreciate it.

Hi everyone, Just a quick recap of our cruise on the World Europa—we boarded in Marseille on November 2nd. Boarding was efficient and quick, unlike our previous cruises. Maybe people are respecting the given schedules now 😄. The ship is out of the ordinary, but it’s not my favorite. For me, it lacks intimate bars with different vibes where you can chat without too much noise and where you can order with the prepaid package. The only one that fits this profile is the karaoke bar, but it’s sometimes privatized. The only other option is the panorama lounge outside of showtimes. The Spa was great—we enjoyed a free hour with the Gold card. We did it on a sea day, and honestly, it was really nice. If the cruise hadn’t been so far along, I might’ve been tempted by a pass. We didn’t go to the buffet except on embarkation day. We had breakfast in our room and at the restaurant for lunch. We were either on excursions or at the restaurant, so we avoided the crowds. For snacks after excursions, the pizzeria was great with plenty of choices beyond just pizza. As for excursions, we booked three. The first one was flawless—no complaints. For the second, MSC informed us it wouldn’t be in French due to lack of participants but would be in English. We had the choice to cancel with a refund or go ahead with a 10% refund, which we chose. The third would’ve been great if not for an accident that delayed us before departure, cutting an hour from our visit. After sending a satisfaction email on the ship the same day mentioning our disappointment—and even though it wasn’t their fault—MSC gave us a 10% discount on that excursion. Thanks to MSC for being so responsive to customer feedback, unlike another company I won’t name (no ads for them, but those who know it will recognize it 😉). That said, if they’ve had a problem, because if everything goes well, you can’t really judge 😆. For food, the evening restaurant was always good and filling. My only complaint is that the menus stay pretty much the same across all Mediterranean cruises—a little variety would be nice. That’s my take on this cruise, and the cruise bug is still very much alive for me—can’t wait for the next one! 😄

Good evening and thanks for your feedback. You were indeed lucky to get upgraded to YC. Personally, I don’t want to go for YC because all the cabins are at the front of the ship, and I prefer the middle or even the back. They should make a whole deck YC. We’ve chosen a balcony cabin in the middle on deck 14. Hope we’ll like this ship. Best regards, Seb

Nous n'avons pas encore reçus notre carnet de voyage cela ne devrai pas tarder😎 …. Donc je ne peux pas vous dire à quel heure nous pouvons embarquer, mais je pense que c'est la même heure pour tout le monde, ce qui correspond à l'ouverture des guichets d'embarquement .Après c’est les premiers arrivés les premiers montés sauf pour les embarquements prioritaires bébés, personnes handicapés, les suites et carte gold. Ce n’est pas notre première croisière mais la première de canne et en rade, je ne peux pas vous dire si c’est long ou pas ??? Effectivement nous ne devons pas être beaucoup à partir de Cannes donc cela devrait être assez rapide .Oui vous pourrez vous restaurer dès votre arrivés sur le bateau au self .c’est ce que nous faisons aussi ….nous sommes nous aussi en cabine balcon.

Vu que c'est votre première, si vous voulez quelques renseignements n’hésitez pas. si vous avez des questions par message privé, je vous répondrai.

Bonsoir Nous partons sur la fantasia le 7 mai embarquement à Cannes avec les escales suivantes : Cannes, Palma, Barcelone, Ajaccio, Rome, Spezia, Genes, Cannes Des renseignements sur ces escales (à faire par nos propres moyens ou privilégier celle de la compagnie ?) des détailles sur cet embarquement me seraient utiles, à partir de quel heure peut-on espérer être sur le bateau ? Bateau en rade ….. Personne pour ce départ sur le forum ? Merci d’avance Seb

Bonjour Nous partons en septembre, pour la découverte de la mer du nord a bord du Preziosa. C la première fois que nous partons pour cette destination .je prendrais donc tous les conseils et bon plant !!!! Nous partons du Havre, nous nous y rendrons en voiture la veille. Comment se passe l’embarcation au Havre ? Hôtel a nous conseiller ? Parking ? etc.... Voici nos escales Southampton 8h/18h Zeebrugge 9h/19h .Amsterdam 9h/9h 24h sur place Hamburg 7h/18h30 Merci d’avance
