Prices went up again in 2020 in both Rwanda and Uganda for gorilla and chimpanzee treks. Looking for a great tip? We went to Uganda in 2019 with an absolutely fantastic driver-guide. Very reliable, who loves his country and knows a lot of people there. You can trust him completely (for advance payments and organization). It was a fantastic trip without a single hitch.

What a fantastic story you’re sharing!
I’m planning to go to Rwanda with my family in 2022, and of course, to discover the country and see the gorillas. I’ve seen that the prices are outrageous 🤪—hopefully, they’ll have changed for the better by then :-)
I’m looking forward to reading more of your posts and helping the rest of my family learn a bit more about this amazing country.
