Entry Requirements and Visa for Ethiopia
People
For tourist travel purposes.
For French Citizens
A passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date and a visa are required to enter the country. The visa can be obtained from Ethiopian representations abroad (30-day single entry or 90-day multiple entries), as well as online via the official authorities' website. Note that while the e-visa also allows for 30 days (for the equivalent of $52) or 90 days ($72) upon arrival depending on the choice, it only permits a single entry and requires arrival via Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, where the e-visa must be "collected."
