For French Citizens
A passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date, a return or onward ticket, and a yellow fever vaccination are mandatory for entry into Guinea.
In addition, a visa must be obtained in advance from Guinean representations abroad, but since 2020, it can also be applied for online via the approved site. This visa is valid for 90 days in the country and costs approximately 75 €. In practice, it is issued within 72 hours and, once printed, must be presented at Conakry Airport, where biometric data (photo and fingerprints) will be collected by the authorities.
