Finding the best time to visit means balancing climate conditions with crowd levels and the most attractive prices, both on the ground and for travel.
Whether you're heading to the Andean region or the eastern plains/Amazon, the period from April to September is climatically ideal, primarily because it's the dry season. As for crowds and prices, Bolivia isn't a "major" tourist destination, so they remain relatively low—though July and August do see their share of European vacationers, just as early in the year is the traditional holiday period across South American countries.
All things considered, April to September remains the best time to visit, even if July and August can occasionally feel a little busy.
