Overview of the offer
Accommodation options are quite limited in Gibraltar. Additionally, hotel prices are relatively high compared to neighbouring Spain (at best £50–60 for a double), and establishments are often fully booked in season. There are no camping facilities in Gibraltar—the nearest sites are in Spain—and there is only one youth hostel, where dorm beds start at around £20 per night.
Staying on the Spanish side
This is by far the most appealing option in every respect. You can choose Algeciras or, closer still, the border town of La Línea.
