Payment Methods
You can pay in cash or by card without any fees for euro-denominated accounts (just like in France).
Budget
More than for many other destinations, the budget needed for a trip to the Canary Islands can vary widely depending on the season, the islands you choose, and especially the type of stay. However, if you travel independently and "locally," you can expect to spend around 45 to 60 € per day per person (for two), though a little extra will always help you enjoy your trip more. Note that for those who prefer upscale hotels or all-inclusive beach holidays, booking a package from home can be financially worthwhile.
