For tourist travel purposes.
For French Citizens
No visa is required for French citizens for stays of less than 30 days. Only a passport valid for 6 months after the return date is required.
Taxes
Taxes are payable when leaving the country (but not on entry). For air travel, these are already included in the ticket price ($35), but for land or sea departures, they must be paid at the time of leaving in US dollars or Belize dollars (1 US$ = 2 BZ$). These amount to just under $19 (37.50 BZ$) or, if you have stayed in the country for less than 24 hours, $15 (30 BZ$).
Other Nationalities
The same applies to Canadians, Swiss nationals, citizens of the European Union, and a few other nationalities.

In France
Officially, there is no Belizean representation in France. The embassy and its services in Belgium are responsible for France.
