Climate and Weather in Aruba
Climate Overview
Aruba is a sunny island and one of the sunniest places in the world. It’s an arid land with little rainfall (less than 400 mm per year) and only a short rainy season at the end of the year, mainly in November and early December. Throughout the year, the average daytime temperature hovers around 30°C, while nighttime temperatures average around 25°C. However, thanks to the trade winds blowing in from the sea and hitting the north/northeast coast first, the heat remains bearable. As for hurricanes, Aruba lies outside their usual path.
Best Time to Visit Aruba
Since the climate and temperatures remain fairly constant year-round, there isn’t a clearly defined best time to visit. If you prefer, you can avoid the slightly rainier period (November to early December) or opt for the start of the year, when temperatures are marginally cooler.
