Nature-Adventure

In the sea category, postcard-perfect beaches and diving, the Virgin Islands live up to what you imagine in the Caribbean. Stunning landscapes with the added bonus of underwater wildlife, which is one of the archipelago’s main attractions. However, the islands are more of a "relaxation destination" than an "adventure" one.

Culture

As with many other Caribbean islands, culture enthusiasts may be somewhat disappointed. Aside from a few old wooden houses and two or three small museums on Tortola, plus the remains of an old copper mine on Virgin Gorda, there isn’t much else in this area.

Relaxation-Holidays

Like most islands in the region, this is the archipelago’s (very) strong point and its specialty, with all its beautiful beaches and renowned diving spots.

Independent Travel

The archipelago is a very easy independent-travel destination, perfect for first-time travelers.

Honeymoon Trips

With its white-sand beaches, turquoise sea, and luxury hotels, the British Virgin Islands have become a popular honeymoon destination in the Caribbean in recent years.
