Both the centre of St Kitts and Nevis are ideal for hiking. On St Kitts, Mount Liamuiga, a volcano over 1,100 m high and the country’s summit, is a favourite destination for walkers. You’ll pass through tropical forest that is home to monkeys and various bird species. The same goes for Nevis Peak on the other island, which is also a volcano surrounded by forests.
