For French Citizens
A passport valid for the entire duration of the stay and a return or onward ticket are required. Since 2015, the permitted stay is 30 days, renewable up to a maximum of 6 months for all European Union nationals. Beyond this, a residence permit is required. A departure tax of 40 EC$ (approx. $15) is charged at the time of departure.
Other Nationalities
The same requirements apply to other EU nationals as for French citizens. For Swiss, Canadian, and many other nationalities, the same entry requirements apply.

There are no representations of the archipelago in France, as it is officially under the jurisdiction of the Saint Vincent consulate general in London.
Other Countries
In some countries, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are represented by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, which groups around ten small islands in the Antilles.
