Ferries
Even though Venezuela is very close, there are no ferry connections between the two countries—or more precisely, the weekly route that used to run from Güiria (Venezuela) to Trinidad (Chaguaramas) was suspended in 2014. Currently, the only operational routes in the country are domestic, linking Trinidad to Tobago and Port of Spain to San Fernando (on Trinidad).
