En fait, je suis allergique aux oeufs (ÉPIPEN) et j'aimerais savoir si je trouverai facilement des produits sans oeufs. Du pain ? des croissants ? des pâtes seulement faits avec sémoule de blé, etc. Et la fameuse soupe PhÔ, quels sont les ingrédients? Est-ce que les nouilles sont faites seulement avec vermicelles de riz ? Y - a-t-il des oeufs d'ajouter au bouillon ? Toutes informations relatives à ce sujet serait appréciées. Des épiceries, des restos qui seront de quoi je parle lorsque je mentionnerai le mot: allergie grave aux oeufs. ? Merci de m'aider.
Je crois qu'il existe des choses a manger sans oeufs. Ici, on mange principalement du riz, de Pho, et du pain.
Il existe de l'alimentation faite avec des oeufs mais tu peux y eviter.
Je vous conseille de faire traduire "allergie grave aux oeufs" en vietnamien et d'inscrire cette phrase sur une feuille que vous emportez avec vous dans les restaurants.
La soupe Pho est faite avec des vermicelles de riz, il n'y a pas d'oeuf. Idem pour tous les Bun (vermicelles de riz), le pain baguette est très populaire ici.
Il peut y avoir certains pâtés qui contiennent des oeufs, évitez, comme aussi les nouilles chinoises ;-)
Vous êtes allergique au blanc d'oeuf ou au jaune d'oeuf? Avez-vous des vaccins jusqu'à ce jour (qui utilisent l'oeuf pour pousser)?
Il y a très peu d'aliments qui contiennent des oeufs! En général les oeufs au vietnam servent à faire des poussins, car nos poules ne pondent pas plus de 20 oeufs avant la nouvelle portée ...
Remarque: les pates de nouilles chinoises qui sont jaunes sont faites avec des blancs d'oeuf🙂. Evitez les soupes instantanées offertes dans les avions de VietNam Airlines
Votre injecteur EPIPEN est utile et doit vous accompagner dans votre trousse de secours mais il faut une ordonnance de votre médecin pour le justifier à l'aéroport si vous êtes fouillée et je me demande même s'il ne doit pas être mis en soute de l'avion.

En ce qui me concerne, je suis allergique au poisson et je n'ai eu aucun problème. Dans les restaurants, les repas sont généralement préparés à la commande et le cuisinier peut donc éviter de mettre des oeufs dans les plats qui en contiennent si vous le lui demandez.
La difficulté viendra en revanche de tout ce qui est sec (pâtes par exemple) et qui peut contenir des oeufs. Pour moi, j'ai fait comme en France, j'ai évité tout ce qui me semblait suspect et tout ce qui était lyophyllisé. Mais il est vrai que mon allergie n'est pas sévère, je partais donc avec moins de stress que vous ! Si vous prenez de l'épinéphrine avec vous, essayez de voir avec un médecin spécialiste des voyages si ce médicament est autorisé au VN et dans tous les cas, n'oubliez pas votre ordonnance.

Dans une allergie il y a toute une réaction en chaines de nombreux facteurs. Le stress en est un facteur important que l'on retrouve souvent. Il suffit qu'un de ces facteurs manquent pourque la réaction allergique ne produise pas. Exemple, les phénomènes allergiques surviennent pendant quelques années pour quelqu'un qui vient d'accepter un nouveau poste de travail ou pour un commerçant ou une profession libérale. Et puis un beau jour, on a mangé sans le savoir quelquechose dont on était allergique et rien ne s'est produit. On est alors guéri🙂

Malheureusement non, car je ne sais pas exactement les familles de poisson auxquelles je suis allergique. J'ai eu très envie d'essayer parce que les plats étaient vraiment très apétissants, mais j'ai chaque fois eu un peu peur du résultat et je me suis dégonflée !😕
Ca me provoque un urticaire géant dont je mets généralement quelques jours avant de me débarrasser... Mais j'ai goûté "avec les yeux" 😉 !

Allergie aux oeufs, c'est assez rare, moi-même allergique au dérivé de menthol, camphre etc..( dans les aliments bien-sûr) j'en ai fait des oedèmes de QUINKE assez terribles.Bref, la soupe pho est extrêmement bonne, elle est faite de vermicelles de riz, des épices, des herbes telles que ngo gai, ngo, hanh, xu( traduction corriande, cibots, et choux séchés qui sont de couleur safrané).Bref, il n'y pas d'oeufs dedans, évitez la galette frite qu'il dépose des fois dessus( mini galette avec une crevette, là il y a des oeufs, la farine est badigeonné avec des oeufs.
En principe les mets sont assez bons, préférez lzs restos plutôt que les gargotes et les restos ambulants( avec des sièges presque par terre), CAR LE PRIX AU VIETNAM EST PLUS CHER DANS LA RUE QUE DANS UN RESTO OU LE PRIX EST AFFICHE.

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
