tu t'es trompé de bracelets, il y en a qu'un seul qui fonctionne et il en faut un a la cheville et un autre au poignet, et ils fonctionnent coimme des colliers pour chien. si sur ton chien ca marche alors aussi sur toi. mais il faut verifier que la substaance soit du Geraniol et rien d'autres

Je suis désolé de te le dire mais le chik est bel et bien à MADA.Le ministère de la santé l'a reconnu mais il n'est pas aussi repandu qu'a la reunion car à MADA il y est mais on confondait avec la dengue qui y est aussi.Le chik a connu un pic sur Tamatave en janvier mais les gens n'allaient pas consulter(hopital plein, pas de sou, rupture de medicament).On ne se poserait meme pas la question si la reunion n'avait pas été touché.Quand à moi j'ai prevu d'aller à MADA en juin et j'irai un point c'est tout😉!je serai strict sur les precautions à prendre mais j'estime que en faisant attention, il y a un risque minime que Mada vaut tellement le coup .J'étais au congo en 2005 et croyez moi c'est pareil avec en prime un état totalitaire et des militaire armés jusqu'aux dents tous les 50m😠
PS:j'ai prevu 4jours à tamatave et 3jours pangalanes😉

Ils étaient en direct avec le directeur de l'hopital de cette ville ..!!

Hé oui, en 1 mois il y a du avoir des moustiques qui ont pu traversé la mer, de la Reunion vers Mada.
Catastrophe, mais en ce moment un peu partout dans le monde il y des maladies, alors..., il faut rester optimiste😊😊 et prendre certaine précautions, comme utilisé de la crème ou autres spray antimoustique, d'un coté il faut aussi évité les zones les plus touché comme Tamatave par exemple.

Juste vous communiquer que j'ai prévu d'aller à Madagascar en novembre, mais que maintenant je ne suis plus aussi motivée à cause de ce virus. j'ai une proche à Tamatave qui a eu le virus, mais qui grace à son mari qui est lui médecin là-bas, elle a pu recevoir les soins nécessires. Les simptomes:fièvre, douleurs musculaires et elle raconte avoir vomit à plusieurs reprises.
Voilà pour les nouvelles que je peux vous donner et maintenant, à vous de voir et de vous protéger si vous voyagez dans le coin.

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
