Hi there, We’re planning a one-week trip to Morocco at the beginning of November and would like to book a quad bike or buggy excursion for three days in the desert with a local agency. Could you tell us which is the best desert to explore and recommend a reliable agency? Thanks.

Hello

Weird, weird... This reeks of disguised advertising! A first post asking for an agency's details, then a second one providing them. On a thread where all the participants are new members...

Hi there, The Tanezrouft desert (guaranteed change of scenery) with Taguelmoust agency! But not with quads—only by camelback, and the minimum duration is 35 days. 😉

Totally agree with you. Probable disguised ad! I much prefer M'Hamid, which, in my opinion, offers a huge choice of bivouacs just in its surroundings in the middle of the desert, and even better ones toward Lake Iriki and even all the way to Foum Zguid. Unforgettable and the real desert

I agree with you all. The texts really lack authenticity: the question lacks the genuine "innocence" of a beginner... (ugh, those commercial keywords in bold...), and the answer is completely overdone (probably a copy-paste from some ad or influencer site).

In this case, it's an agency to avoid. What other scams are they capable of to make a sale...

And then, encouraging quad biking in a desert that's already completely saturated with mechanical noise and visual pollution... No, really, no.
... là-bas si j'y suis...

Yeah, this definitely looks like disguised advertising. Also, note how similar the two "testimonials" in the profiles are. Since honest and reputable agencies don’t need to resort to such shady tactics to find clients, it’s easy to conclude this one’s best avoided.

AI-written professions of faith Fake accounts Disguised ads A while back, this kind of “discussion” wouldn’t have lasted more than half a day on VF.

We were lucky enough to sleep under the stars in a wild bivouac

I can well believe you. Isn’t the desert supposed to be desolate and deserted by definition? Surprising, isn’t it?
