Aucun : a part ceux que vous avez eu en france . Un anti moustique acheté sur place et c'est tout. Ne pas boire l'eau du robinet. Gouter a tout et se faire plaisir

Sans vaccins, il vous faut eviter la brousse du nord. Mais vous pouvez y aller avec quand meme un petit risque. Et ceux qui vous ont repondu aucun vaccin, ils répondent sans savoir ou vous allez.
Je pense qu'en 12 jours elle va faire un voyage basique sans s'enfoncer hors des sentiers battus dans la jungle .Meme en faisant un trek dans le nord a pars éventuellement les moustiques je le répète pas besoin de vaccins ni de traitement anti palus .
C'est vrai que comme t'es Suisse tu dois avoir peur du moindre 1/4 de crobe 😏

La Thailande est un pays très civilisé Arrêtez de vous prendre la tete ce n'est pas plus risqué que d'aller en Espagne
Surtout rien contre le palus il n'y a pas de souches la ou votre circuit passe

Vous partez en voyage organisé, donc sur des sentiers battus et sans risques, qui plus est en fin de saison sèche quand il y a très peu de moustiques. Comme d'autres avant moi, je vous le dis, pas besoin de vaccin. Nombre de touristes ont vu leur vacances gâchées par des troubles plus ou moins sérieux dus aux vaccins ou à un traitement antipalu.
Nous sommes allés de nombreuse fois en Thaïlande avec nos enfants sans jamais prendre de vaccin supplémentaire ou de traitement antipalu, je précise que ma femme est infirmière et qu'elle a potassé le sujet.
En revanche, il convient se se protéger du mieux possible des piqûres de moustiques qui peuvent propager d'autres maladies que la palu, par exemple la dengue.
Quant aux ordonnances, ce n'est parce qu'un médicament est prescrit que vous devez l'acheter.
Comme souvent les médecins ne sont pas bien au courrant et la seule chose qu'il connaissent de l'asie c'est Rambo .
Lors de mon premier séjour j'avais mon toubib qui m'avait fait prendre un produit contre le palus C'est un traitement lourd qui dans les endroits ou vous allez est totalement inutile
Pour les médocs en avion il faut avoir son ordonnance avec vous pour les médoc en liquide la je ne sais pas , perso je les mets en par contre les autres avec moi en cas de perte de bagages
Pour la ville des singes vous allez surement a Lopburi La moi je me méfie de ces betes la qui sont parfois violents et qui peuvent mordre.
Je les regardes de loin c'est tout.
A part ca, goutez les plats thai y compris dans la rue , et les fruits sont delicieux
.
Si vous prenez le train allez manger au wagon restaurant et a la fin du service c'est la fete et l'on dance . prévoyez une petite laine car souvent la clim est a fond et il fait froid.
Quand au mois de mars il fait très chaud mais c'est supportable

l'Hépatite A est une bonne idée, surtout si vous envisagez ensuite de faire d'autres voyages.
Pour la malaria, inutile de prendre une prophylaxie ni d'emmener un traitement de secours: il y a 2 raisons à cela: d'une part, la durée d'incubation de la malaria est de 7 jours, donc au vu de la durée de votre voyage il faudrait vraiment BEAUCOUP de malchance pour être contaminé dès l'arrivée, la deuxième raison est que le risque est faible en dehors de quelques zones où vous ne risquez pas d'aller crapahuter en voyage organisé.
En fait le problème de santé le plus d'actualité peut être la dengue, pour laquelle il n'y a ni vaccin ( pour le moment) ni traitement. les moustiques qui propagent la dengue piquent surtout la journée, donc la meilleure mesure à adopter pendant votre voyage est de vous protéger des piqûres de moustiques

Si tu veux te faire le vaccin Hepatite A, alors je te conseil de faire directement le combine A+B. Cela sera peut-être utile pour ton avenir, on ne sait pas toujours ce que la vie nous reserve et si un jour un voyage ou un depart longue duree dans 1 pays tropical (( t'oblige ) oblige entre parenthese car il va y avoir des reactions du genre, rien ne t'oblige a...) a avoir le B, alors tu ne regrettera pas d'avoir combine les 2 ensemble.

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
After all that, and even though I’ll obviously contact the relevant authorities in each country (fingers crossed for a response 😛), here’s my question:

Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...
