Another option is consumer associations like UFC Que Choisir or CLCV. They’ve got people who know the airline system inside out and can help you build a strong case. It doesn’t cost anything to try, and it’s often way more effective than sending emails into the void.

Like, they’re not just gonna refund you because you keep asking, unfortunately. You’ve gotta escalate. Hang in there—it always works out in the end, but it’s a pain, I know.
