Inutile de vous reconvertir car il y'a plein de demande d'aide soignants et d'infirmiers dans l'humanitaire. Je pourrai vous mettre en relation avec un village qui a un centre de santé au Mali et qui a fort besoin de personne experimentée en matiere de santé. Si vous etes interessé à venir au mali, n'hesitez pas, vous avez de la place. Au cas ou vous voudrez venir au mali, appuyer un centre de santé villageois, je serai là pour vous aider.

Je suis moi même AS et je suis allée un peu en Afrique. Quand vou vous baladez ds des endroits un peu isolés vous êtes accostés par des habitants du coin. Sivous dites que vous êtes soignants Ils ont immanquablement besoins de vous (petits bobos....). Au Maroc j'ai surtout renconté des gens souffrant de maux de ventre souvent dus à l'eau (qui n'est potable que pour les marocains disaient ils.....). Je ne suis pas médecin. Mais je connais les rêgles simples d'hygienne alimentaire et de l'eau qui manquent cruellement ds certains endroits de la planète et que je suis toujours heureuse de partager.
Vous n'êtes pas obligés de faire appel aux grandes ONG qui sont très sélectives mais vous renseigner ds les ambassades qui vous indiqueront les associations qui ont souvant besoin de bras pour les aider.
Ds les pays pauvres il y a bcp de demande.
Baladez vous aussi ds ce forum et vous trouverez de bons "tuyaux"
Vous avez aussi à Calcuta les petites soeurs de mère Thérésa qui accueillent toutes les bonnes volontés même sans diplomes. Je ne connais pas personnellement mais j'en ai bcp entendu parler et je compte bien y aller faire un tour.
J'ai également lu sur le guide du routard de l'Inde qu'une AS a ouvert un dispensaire et soigne les + désérités (excusez moi je n'arrive pas à retouver le nom de la ville. Je crois que c'est ds le Nord de l'Inde).
J'ai aussi lu ds ce forum que si vous vous baladez ds des villages très isolés du Nord de l'Inde vous pouvez emporter des compresses, des désinfectants ...bref de quoi faire des PST et les gens viendront vers vous. Ca rejoint ce que je disais + haut.

Ne vous découragez pas, quand on veut aider, on trouve toujours le moyen de le faire......

Il y a très peu de mission humanitaire médicale qui partent au Sénégal. L'une d'entre elles est Santé Sans Passeport qui effectue 2 à 3 missions de 15 jours par ans au nord du Sénégal.
Ils ont besoin de monde dans le domaine médical, mais aussi de personnes qui veulent tout simplement donner de leur temps pour accompagner une mission et gérér la logistique et aider la mission sur plein de petits détails.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
