En France, un dermatologue te conseillera une puvathérapie (pris en charge par la sécurité sociale, uva à dose homéopatique + médicament : 1mn le 1ére séance, 2mn 2éme séance ainsi de suite).
Efficace à 100%, je n'en est plus jamais refait et en plus tu es toute bronzée.

il est peut être un peu tard pour ce conseil, mais certaines gélules solaires que tu prends avant pendant et aprés ton exposition au soleil préviennent cette allergie.
sinon je te conseille de te protéger sur la partie concernée et de beaucoup t'hydrater la peau avec de la crème (je te conseille la cicalfate d'avène), c'est ce que je fais et ca marche bien.

je sais que c'est pas du tout amusant. en avril je suis allée un peu au soleil et en + d'avoir cette allergie sur le décolté, j'en ai eu sur les bras. ca me grattais partout, c'était horrible🤪! c'est pour ca que je te conseille cette crème car elle hydrate et apaise. j'utilise aussi un brumisateur de la même marque (Avène, je fais un peu de pub mais c'est une très bonne marque) qui calme les démangeaisons lorsque tu es au soleil. sinon tu peux toujours demander conseil à un pharmacien. voilà! c'est tout ce que je peux faire pour t'aider. 😉

j'ai souffert pendant plusieurs années de la lucite solaire, j'ai trouvé un traitement parfait, il faut prendre trois semaines avant de s'exposer, une dose de SOL 9CH chaque semaine, pendant trois semaines. c'est un remède homéopathique et c'est bien le seul qui a marché pour moi, depuis je suis ce traitement à chaque fois que je dois aller dans un pays où je suis exposée au soleil. SOL 9 CH est un remède homéopathique que l'on trouve en pharmacie. Peut être quelqu'un peut il t'en rapporter si tu n'en trouves pas sur place ou t'en faire parvenir. C'est un remède peu cher, environ 3 euros le tube de dose, et pour un traitement il faut 3 tubes, un par semaine avant l'exposition au soleil. j'espère avoir répondu à ta demande. Bon courage.

A l'époque où nous vivions au Sénégal, mon fils a beaucoup souffert de lucite. Malgré des traitements fort coûteux prescrits par des dermato. dakarois rien n'y a fait. Jusqu'au jour où l'on m'a conseillé une association de TTment homéopathique : APIS MELLIFICA 9CH (3 granules, 3 X / jour)
+ d'une poudre (aspect de talc) à passer sur les zones atteintes.
Je ne me souviens plus du nom de la spécialité achetée au Sénégal, mais j'ai retrouvé vendu en france + ou - le même produit, "P.A.P.S.", ( 2 à 3 euros la boite)...l'effet a été spectaculaire et rapide.

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.

Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
