Hi,

I’d like to book a flight ticket with Virgin Australia to go to Tasmania.

At checkout, I enter my bank card details, but they keep telling me my card number "is too short." What should I do? The number is correct.

Did you manage to resolve your problem? I’d also like to go to Tasmania and book a Sydney–Hobart flight on March 15th... I was thinking of using Bravo Fly’s site or booking directly with VB, Jetstar, or Jetcost, but they all seem to charge extra for baggage. We’ll be lugging around two suitcases of 12 or 13 kg each!!

Yes, the problem is resolved.

It was an update I needed to do on my PC! Once done, Virgin’s site no longer had any issues, and the booking went through correctly...

I really do think it’s a good airline.

After comparing a few options, it’s the cheapest I found.

Hi. I’m having the same problem—when I try to pay, it tells me to check with my credit card, but I noticed the cart stays empty. I had to ask my daughter, who lives in Australia, to buy the Sydney-to-Perth ticket for me. The real issue is there’s no French-speaking support in France.
