J'ai un grand rêve : partir en voyage pendant quelques mois, sans itinéraire précis.
Pour ce qui est des questions pratiques, de la destination, du mode de transport, je me suis tournée vers les autres rubriques.
Mais j'aimerais donner un sens à mon voyage; je me dis que c'est une telle concentration d'opportunités, de possibilités, que cela serait génial d'en faire un voyage qui a un but, un sens.
Je pensais faire une liste de questions que je poserais aux gens que je rencontrerais dans les différents pays;
Mais sinon, avez-vous une idée de comment je pourrais être sponsorisée d'une manière ou d'une autre par des entreprises qui donneraient de l'argent à une association, ou quelque chose comme ça?
bonjour, est ce que je dois comprendre que tu veux voyager sans payer ? et l'argent des comppagnies que tu parles va directement aux démunis et toi tu paye pour tes dépenses ?
désolé de te décevoir mais ce que tu souhaites, c'est mission impossible.
tu devras toujours dédommager les gens qui vont te recevoir, normal vu que pour eux, se nourrir et se loger c'est un challenge.
Et trouver un association qui va payer pour toi, j'en connais pas.
Il faut juste veiller à payer un prix correct, mais ça coûte.
Je connais des associations qui peuvent te recevoir moyennant un prix correct (6€/jour)

Non, mon but n'est pas de voyager sans payer,
c'est de trouver un but (genre reportage thématique...) qui puisse donner un but à mon voyage; ne pas voyager juste pour voyager.
J'évoquais la sponsorisation à titre d'exemple; mais cela pourrait être tout autre chose, du moment que cela rend mon voyage utile.
Et je ne pense pas aller en Afrique, je pensais plutôt à l'Europe, l'Amérique du nord et l'Asie
tu fais des photos et tu essaies de les vendre à ton retour,
tu te fais sponsorisée (très difficile en tant de crise)
tu voyages avec un instrument de musique et tu sonnes aux portes d'école maternelle
tu montes un petit spectacle...

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Solidafrica is a recognized humanitarian association of general interest. We donate wheelchairs in Africa. We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
