nous sommes deux, nous commencons a faire des calculs budjetaire pour un grand voyage de environ minimum 6 mois a 1ans...
je ne sais pas trop comment commencer si ce n'est que economiser...avez vous des truc, des conseils ou des exemples...(genre petit boulot a l'etranger)
comment faites vous en generale pour reunir autant d'argent, combien environ c'est surtout ca que je veux savoir...

Pour te donner une idee, nous sommes partis depuis plus d un an et demi avec 40.000frs. Nous sommes budget, on essaie de vivre aux tarifs locaux, et puis parfois on fait du WWOOF, ou on reste dans des ashrams. Pour l Asie par exemple, notre budget environ 1500frs a deux. Si t as des questions plus specifiques, n hesite pas! En ce qui concerne les boulots pour economiser... TOUT! personellement c etait, les cours de langues, en public ou prive, le service dans les cafes, la manutention... que veux tu/sais-tu faire?

Si vous avez du temps pour vous poser quelques temps, donner des cours d'anglais en Asie ça marche pas mal et de français dans les grandes villes. Je parle pour la Chine et la Corée du Sud vu que ce sont les seuls que je connaisse (on m'a proposé d'etre prof de français à shanghaï, Kunming)
Bon salaire, faut juste avoir le temps de se poser un peu.

Alors moi j'ai prévu de partir 6 mois ou + en Russie, Mongolie, Chine...en avril 2004. Je pense que pour un voyage de cette durée il faut environ 20 000 frs par personne (il vaut mieux prévoir trop, si tu trouves pas de boulot sur place, ou si tu veux rester + long que prévu). Enfin moi en ce qui concerne les économies je pense faire une saison en station de ski (5 mois, de déc à avr). J'ai choisi la restauration, plus précisément le service car j'ai de l'expérience là dedans mais aussi parce qu'il y a les pourboires !!! Et oui si tu arrives pdt 5 mois à vivre qu'avec tes pourboires ce qui est possible (déjà fait) tu peux mettre tous tes salaires de côté (tu peux gagner énormément mais il faut être logés, ce qui est souvent le cas en restauration).

We’d like to visit South America (among other places) with a vehicle, and I have a question about Chile and Argentina.
A lot of "spots" are right on the border between these two countries, and I was wondering how to visit them since we’re not in a rush. Should we cross the borders without stopping so we don’t have to backtrack later, or should we explore the Chilean side first, for example, and then the Argentine side afterward?

This is my first time gearing up, and I don’t want to make a mistake with my backpack. I’ve already done quite a bit of research, but I was wondering if you could help me refine my choice.
Needs:
- Around 50L backpack
- Comfort as a priority
- Lightweight
- Designed for a woman’s back (I’ve read on other forums that this really makes a difference)
- Durable fabric (water-repellent is a bonus)
- Max load of 7/8 kg
> I don’t need gadgets for experienced hikers (spots for trekking poles, ice axes, etc. = useless for me and just drives up the price)
A salesperson had me try two models in-store with weights—they’re very comfortable (though I don’t have anything to compare them to).
These models don’t have small front pockets—are those essential?
They don’t come with a rain cover, but I’ll buy one if I go with either of these.

We're leaving for a round-the-world trip in April and we'd love to share it with our parents, friends, and other travelers. We want to create a website where we can upload photos and provide useful info. However, we're not exactly tech-savvy 😕. We still have two months to get things ready.
Would you have any tips for creating such a site, assuming we'll need to update it from internet cafés?
