J'ai pour projet de trouver des missions au long terme de plusieurs mois, cependant je dois avouer que je n'ai aucune expérience ni compétence particulières, il me faut donc d'abord "étoffer le cv", et me voilà ici à la recherche de conseils de gens expérimentés :)
Quelques petites infos :
J'ai 24 ans, je viens de terminer ma licence en psychologie, j'ai un BAC STI d'Arts Appliqués, j'ai voyage un peu plus que la moyenne je pense : USA, Indes, Maroc, Danemark, espagne, italie, angleterre. En Indes j'ai bossé pendant 1 mois dans un petit chantier de rénovation d'un Ashram, j'ai eu cette chance grâce à un ami qui travaillait là-bas (et ma soeur qui y réside).

Je me présente rapidement, Manon, je suis française, et je suis partie en voyage humanitaire au l'année dernière durant 5 mois au Togo (Afrique).
Ma mission principale a été la prise en charge d'une classe de CE1 (le poste d'instituteur était vacant) dans un petit village (sans eau potable ni électricité..). J'ai 22 ans et je n'ai jamais particulièrement eu l'idée d'être institutrice, mais ça a été une expérience formidable, pas toujours facile, mais très enrichissante.
Je me reconnais un peu dans ce que tu dis parce que c'est très facile de trouver des associations pour partir pendant l'été, mais chercher des missions humanitaires de long terme pendant l'année c'est beaucoup plus compliqué quand tu n'a pas finit ta formation et donc pas vraiment de "vraie" qualification..
Bon donc si tu cherches une association où tu es sure d'être bien accueillis et qui accueille des bénévoles, comme toi et moi qui partent dans les périodes creuses de l'année, je peux te recommander cette asso.
Elle s'apelle L'ARE. J'avais envie de partir et d'être utile à quelque chose, mais sans vraiment avoir d'idée précise sur la mission que je voulais faire, j'en ai discuter avec le président, j'ai finit à l'école, mais d'autres de ses bénévoles que j'ai pu croiser ou dont il m'a parler ont pu travailler dans le domaine de l'agriculture, l'agronomie, la santé bien sur, de l'éducation, du tourisme solidaire, du reboisement, enfin voila, les gens sont toujours heureux de recevoir des bénévoles européens là bas pour avoir un coup de main donc plein de choses sont possibles pour des missions à long terme..
Je t'avertis aussi sur le fait qu'en Afrique, les bénévoles européens sont parfois aussi un "business", certaine asso te font payer des fraies d'inscriptions et te promettent des super missions et finalement tu arrives à l'aéroport et personne n'est venu te chercher, ou alors on vient te chercher mais pas vraiment de mission sur place, et tu te rend compte que l'asso n'était pas sérieuse du tout.
J'ai eu la chance de trouver une association super, avec un président qui est extrêmement attentif avec ses bénévoles, qui sait aussi leur faire découvrir son pays mieux que personne, donc voila si tu es intéréssée, je suis prête à répondre à tes questions eventuellement à te donner les coordonnées du président de l'assoc'.

Tu peux te mettre en contact avec eux, je crois que ce programme est très complet, te permet faire une expérience dans un autre pays, capitaliser tes connaissences, amelliorer ta maitrise de la langue du pays d'accueil ......
Personnellement, je te conseillerais de te mettre en lien avec l'association Intercordia. Cette association ne propose pas de "mission sur le terrain" directement mais elle peut t'aider en te proposant un "tuteur" qui va t'accompagner (gratuitement) pour trouver une association, définir ton projet, et chercher des financement pour qu'il puisse se réaliser. Concernant les associations où aller sur le terrain, il en existe comme tu peux l'imaginer beaucoup.
Moi par exemple, j'ai travaillé 6 mois dans un centre qui accueil des jeunes qui vivaient dans la rue à Kigali au Rwanda. Cela a été une super expérience. Mon activité était assez simple : jouer au foot, animer des ateliers pains, rouiller sur un banc pendant quelques heures avec les jeunes pour discuter, chercher à visiter leur famille, les pousser à retourner à l'école ou a chercher du boulot, ... My name is Valerie and I live in France. I’m a street artist—I perform street shows that blend circus and clowning. I also work as a clown in hospitals and retirement homes in France.
I’m planning to spend two months in Morocco from January 19, 2027, to March 13, 2027. I’ll be traveling in a truck, so I’ll be mobile.
I’d love to offer my time as a volunteer to perform a show that’s suitable for all audiences (kids and adults) in village squares. I’d also like to visit hospitals and orphanages as a clown.
My route will start in Nador, then head down to Merzouga, before making my way to the coast either above or below Agadir. Toward the end of my trip, I’ll return to Zagora and Merzouga before leaving from either Nador or Tangier.
I already have contacts in Merzouga and Zagora. Next, I’d like to head toward the coast above or below Agadir, and I’m looking for contacts (associations, orphanages, hospitals) in that area or along my route.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
