Voilà, mon mari et moi cherchons un hotel 5* à Cuba pour passer 1 semaine en juin. Je suis confuse; pour la première fois, je n'arrive pas choisir le bon hotel. Mon mari et moi sommes habitués à voyager: nous sommes allés dans plusieurs Club Med, à Cayo Santa Maria au Hideaway, etc. Bref, on connait très bien les tout inclus!
J'avais pensé au Paradisus Rio de Oro ou à un Iberostar ou un Paradisus à Varadero. On oublie le Riu et le MeliaBuenavista, à mon avis, ils ne sont pas totalement à leur plein potentiel.
Avez-vos des préférences? On entend beaucoup parlé du Iberostar Varadero... qu'en pensez-vous? Et le Paradisus Varadero?
Autrement, il me reste le Mexique mais nous accordons une place de choix à la plage et à la beauté des lieux... avez-vous des suggestions pour le Mexique (la Riviera Maya, idéalement proche de Playa Del Carmen...)?
Bon matin Aimelili.....pour ce qui est de Cuba nous avons adorés le Paradisus Princesa del Mar, on nous avait dit qu'il était beaucoup mieux que le Paradisus Vardero mais je ne fait que rapporter ce qu'on nous a dit car je le connais pas.
Pour le Mexique nous sommes allés au Sandos Playacar et là aussi c'était merveilleux nous avions été surclassé (Royal) + ou - 15 minutes de Playa del Carmen en taxi c'était un prix fixe 5$ par contre nous y étions en 2008 le prix est surement monté un peu
Le paradisus rio de oro est tout à fait superbe, pour y être allée à deux reprises et il devrait être à un bon prix pour juin avant les vacances scolaires. Il y a la section royale qui est très bien et on mange bien pour Cuba.
oui, je sais que le Sandos est bien, ma copine y a séjourné l'an dernier. Par contre, la plage est un peu moins belle en raison des ouragans... c'est ce qu'on m'a dit! Je crois que ce sera Holguin pour cette fois! Varadero m'intéresse beaucoup -pour sa vie nocturne intéressante et la ville- mais comme j'y suis allée quelques fois, je pense choisir le Paradisus!

J'ai l'impression que les plages de Holguin sont aussi belles que celles de Santa Clara, est-ce vrai?! Pour avoir vu les Bahamas et les Îles Turquoises, rien ne bat Santa Clara! En plus, le site semble vraiment bien!
J'aime bien le Paradisus rio de oro je suis au stade ou ces vac serons pour la détente le repos belle et bonne ambience 18 ans et plus bonne nourriture de dormir j'usqu'a 11hrs les lit sont tellement confo 😇 j, ai envie de me faire gaté et je crois que cé la place les resto sont très bon le bar du lobby est super autant le jours que le soir. Je vais bien bougé 2 jours pour visité mais je serais heureuse de retourné pour continué ma cure de repos le spa est bien , terrasse avec vue sur la mer si tu n'a pas envie de te mettre les pieds dans le sable 3 ou 4 bain tourbillon sur le site, yoga t chi cheval, bien sur les sport nautique.Des fleurs fraiche partout toilette propre.
Cé un 5* pour cuba mais pas un 5* pour le mexique ou la république.
chambre aurais besion d'être rafraichi, la piscine aussi, mais si tu paye moins de 1400.00 cela faut le coup si non regarde ailleurs si le prix est plus cher.

Le Paradisus Rio de Oro est excellent . Il n`y a que deux hôtels sur la plage d`Esmeraldaet elle est magnifique Le Sol Rio de Luna y Mares est situé non loin du Paradisus, vous pouvez même le voir, de loin !
Je peux aussi vous suggérer à la Riviera Maya, le Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, aussi Le El Dorado Royale by Karisma et le dernier Playacar Palace Wyndham Grand Resort ...C`est le luxe. c`est certain!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
