je viens de reserver au Barcelo Solymar a Varadero et le depart est prevu le 13 janvier 2008. Qnn peut me dire ce qu'il pense de l'hotel et si c'est un bon choix? Nous l'avons pris parce qu'il y avait un rabais avec air canada avec une chambre en super saver...Qnn revient de la derniement? la temprerature est comment? la nourriture?? lanimation?? nous sommes 2 jeunes dans la vingtaine et a part voir des bikini toute la sem 😄 va-t-on avoir plein d'activités? Est-ce une hotel de jeunes ou plus de couple et personnes agées?

Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel et nous avons bien aimé. Le site est très propre, la picine est grande; les chambres sont vraiment biens.
Mais si c'est la première fois que vous allez à Varadero, vous allez voir qu'il y a pas mal d'activités et vous êtes près de la rue principale.
Nous retournons cette année pour une 4° fois à Varadero et je dois vous dire que de tous les voyages que nous avons faits, c'est l'endroit où je me sens le plus à mon aise. Nous trouvons toujours des choses différentes à faire à chaque année.
Si vous allez au parc Jasone(je crois) qui est tout près, si vous demandez pour le parc d'attraction qui est derrière, vous pourrez prendre les petites voitures qui se bousculent😮, la grande roue (pas comme les nôtres) et différentes activités. Aussi, le petit restaurant sur ce site est bien; la nourriture est bonne et il en coûte 2 pesos environ.

On sait qu'en janvier, il arrive que la température puisse être fraîche le soir à Varadero. Le jour, c'est de 24° à 29° c.; je trouve cette température bien parce que l'an passé, nous y étions fin mars et il faisait 34°c. le jour. Le vent aidait mais nous devions aller à l'ombre si on ne voulait pas brûler.
Nous partons le 14 janvier et même si c'est frais le soir (gilet requis), il fera plus chaud qu'ici et on n'aura pas de neige à pelleter🤪.
Au Barcelo, il y a des gens de tous les âges. C'est un hôtel 4½ étoiles ce qui est un peu plus cher que d'autres hôtels qui sont biens à 3 étoiles.
Cette année, nous retournons au Playa Caleta qui est un 3½ étoiles et tout est selon nos attentes à cet hôtel. À mon avis, c'est propre, le personnel est très accueillant et la bouffe est excellente; les chambres sont grandes et confortables, de l'eau chaude en masse. Les petits hics, nous composons très bien avec.😮
Je ne crois pas que vous serez décus au Barcelo Solymar.

J'espère que tu as passé un beau séjour à Varadero... Nous sommes en pleine réflexion sur notre prochain départ et on hésite beaucoup!!! On est 3 filles de 22 ans et on cherche un hotel ou aller faire la fete et profiter de notre séjour.... Comment avez vous trouvé cet hotel?! Y a t il une discothèque?! Quel est la moyenne d'age ?! Et avez vous des bars à nous conseiller?!?!

Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel pour la bouffe, la propreté, la piscine et la plage. Cet hôtel est près du village et vous pouvez aller faire la fête dans la rue au village; ils ferment la rue et c'est la fête jusqu'à 2 hres le matin.
Si vous allez au Cuatro palmas, vous êtes près de cet endroit.

I’m planning to go to an all-inclusive resort next April. I know it’s the start of sargassum season, but I was wondering if it really affects swimming. Do hotels clean the beach? Is it still possible to swim?
I’d like to book an all-inclusive trip next April. My criteria: 1) no sargassum, 2) 4 stars or higher, 3) ability to snorkel right from the hotel beach, and 4) safe.

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

However, online, I’ve found two sites for making this reservation:
The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
