Moi j'y suis allé l'an passé avec mon conjoint et mes deux filles de 10 ans et 12 ans.
Vous devez absolument aller nager avec les dauphins c'est un beau souvenir pour les enfants et pour nous aussi, j'ai adoré.
C'est très près de l'hotel (environ 5 min. en voiture), allez y par vous même (à pieds ou en taxi), ça va vous coûter moins cher, et vous y allez quand vous voulez.
Pour l'hotel, vous devez obligatoirement porter le pantalon long (homme) pour le souper.
J'ai adoré... Il faut dire que nous avions besoin de beaucoup de repos moi et mon amoureux... On a fait aucune excursion, car c'est un bon 4 hrs d'autobus (en moyenne 2hrs allée et un autre 2hrs pour le retour) et avec seulement 7 jours de vacance, on essaie de profiter de ne rien faire. Déjà que le voyage est 5:½hrs d'avion, et 2¼hrs d'autobus...
Donc, je ne peux te parler des excursions, mais l'endroit, à mon goût à moi, c'est très exceptionnel. La diversité des restos est très l'fun, on mange super bien. Il faut par contre réserver tôt la matin, mais nous étions trois couples et il y en avait toujours un qui allait réserver avant 8h am. C'est certain que les personnes qui dorment tard n'ont pas souvent la chance de réserver le resto de leur choix, mais avant 8h am pas de problème... (Les réservation commence ``a 7h am.) Mais il fait tellement beau et chaud (entre 32 et 37 degrés C le jour et le soir autour de 25 degrés C) qu'on a le goût de se lever tôt. Les piscines sont très grande et belles, il y en a une en haut, très tranquille. Et les deux grandes, sont presque sur la plage, un petit mur sépare la plage de la piscine, donc on a l'impression d'être sur la plage, mais on se baigne dans la piscine. On ne s'est pas baigné beaucoup dans la mer, (j'avoue que j'avais peur des raies et des méduses, quoi que j'en ai jamais vu).
Sur les deus grandes piscines, il y en a une ou l'animation se passe toute la journée (très intense) Et l'autre est plus tranquille, personne ne vient nous demander pour participer à des jeux. Il fait très chaud, le sable est plus de couleur et texture cassonade, mais c'est quand même beau et propre. Pas très loin sur la plage, il y a la maison de Noriéga, c'est très spécial d'entrer dans ce lieux délabré, mais qui devait être merveilleux.
Plus loin, sur la plage, il y des femmes et des enfants qui travaille à ramasser des huitres sur les rochers. Les enfants sont très souriant et très sympatiques. J'avais apporté des petites boites de gommes Chiclets (mini boites de deux), ils étaient très contents. Mon chum et son amis, ont joué avec eux à la balle sur la plage, ils étaient complètement fous... Et «AMIGO!» qu'ils disaient, s'était pas grand chose, mais seulement de leur avoir donné du temps, ils avaient pleins de joie dans leurs visages...
Je suis très contente de mon voyage. Je ne sais plus quoi raconter, mais j'en aurais pour la journée!!!

Nous y sommes allé en mars 2005, ce furent nos plus belles vacances comparée à celle en République Dominicaine en 2004 et le Venezuela cette année ...
La chaine Riu est a recommander quel que soit le pays ...
N'oublier pas si vous voulez faire quelques petit cadeaux : des crayons de couleurs, des stylos (bon marché) et des cahiers pour les enfant, des échantillons de savons, parfum pour les femmes, des bonbons ... etc des produit qu'ils ne peuvent quasiment pas trouver ou inabordable !!!
Les pourboires sont également appréciés, nous mettions tout les jours 1 €uro ( il gagne l'équivalent de 15€/mois !!!)sur l'oreiller pour les dames qui nettoyent ... elles n'arrêtaient pas de nous remmercier et nous faisaient de beau montages avec nos serviettes et des fleurs sur le lit
De toute façon nous on y retournera... et dans pas longtemps (tant que Fidel est là, après Dieu sait ce qu'il arrivera dans ce magnifique pays !)

C'est super que tu aies joint des photos du site du Riu Turquesa! J'y étais l'année de son ouverture, j'avais adoré l'endroit mais je trouvais dommage de ne pas voir la végétation une fois mature... tes photos m'ont remémoré de bons souvenirs et m'ont permis de constater que c'est encore plus paradisiaque avec tout ce vert dense :)

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
