J'aimerais profiter de votre expérience et vous demander lequel des 4 Iberostar de Varadero vaut le + la peine ? Points forts et faibles ?? je visais le petit dernier, (Laguna Azul) mais j'entends beaucoup de mauvais commentaires donc je suis hésitante.
Pour ma part, je suis allée au Iberostar Varadero en juillet 2009 et j'y retournerai en juillet 2010.
J'ai adoré! Tu peux aller sur le site Web de Trip Advisor pour voir les commentaires des gens sur cet endroit. Il y a aussi plusieurs photos prises par les voyageurs. Oui cet hotel me semble très bien mais on me dit que la plage y est très étroite et presque en voie de disparition. En plus on me rapporte qu'il n'y a que 30 palpas pour tout l'hotel... était-ce comme ca l'année passé quand tu y a séjourné ?
La plage est très jolie au Iberostar Varadero. Elle n'est pas aussi large qu'au Laguna Azul mais c'est une plage naturelle avec du beau sable blanc. Et l'avantage, c'est qu'on a pas à marcher un km pour aller se baigner.
Celle du Laguna Azul n'est pas naturelle. Le sable a été pompé de la mer. Une de mes amies est allée au mois de février et elle logeait au Laguna Azul. Elle a préféré la plage du Iberostar Varadero.

Pour ce qui est des palapas, il y en a plusieurs, mais comme dans la plupart des hôtels de Varadero, tu devras aller porter tes serviettes tôt le matin pour réserver tes places, si tu veux être près de l'animation.
Si je comprends bien tu as visiter également le Iberostar laguna azul ?? Dirais-tu que ces deux Iberostar sont plutôt des hotel familiale ou pour couple ? Par pure hasard, aurais-tu également visiter le barcelo santa maria ??
Effectivement, le sable devant le Playa Alameda et le Laguna Azul a été "retravaillé" mécaniquement, donc ça ressemble beaucoup au sable des plages en Amérique du Nord, au Nouveau-Brunswick, par exemple, bien que la partie plage, c-a-d la grève et la partie dans l'eau, c'est du beau sable blanc.
Le Laguna est un grand site, mais on ne s'y perd pas. J'ai entendu dire que le Barcelo CSTM était très très grand (je l'ai seulement en construction, mais ça paraissait É-norme). Il y avait beaucoup de couples au Laguna mais je dirais 30 ans et plus (et on était pendant la semaine de relâche, cette année)...
Le Playa Alameda est plus petit, plus intime, avec plus d'animation.
Je n'ai visité que le Iberostar Varadero. Pourquoi aller ailleurs quand tu as trouvé le Paradis ;) ??
Une de mes amies est allée au Laguna Azul en février et c'est elle qui m'a parlé de la plage du Laguna Azul. Et Clairabelle semble confirmer les faits.
Nous allons toujours au Iberostar Varadero durant la 1ère semaine de la Construction en juillet. Il y a quelques enfants, quelques adolescents, mais surtout des adultes. Si tu cherches un endroit pour les enfants, il y a le Tryp Péninsula, où ils sont traités comme des rois.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). 3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
