Le service du grossiste est comparable à d'autre, Moi j'ai pris possessions de mes billets à Dorval. J'ai eu aucun problème et c'est pas la première fois que je fais ça .. Varaplaya c'est le grossiste de air cubana . Alors tu prends automatiquement un avion de air cubana ..
Encore là aucun problème, pas de retard. Sauf que toute consommations et là je ne parle pas d'alcool mais si tu veux un jus ou une boisson gazeuse, il faut payer. Mais le personnel est polis et courtois . Pour le film, les écouteurs sont prêter et ils faut les remettes après .. le seul hic, c'était au retour . Il ne devait plus avoir d'écouteur alors ils ont mis le son du film dans l'avion et en anglais seulement. Alors à ce moment là .. tu peux même pas avoir le choix d'écouter le film ou non ..
Le vol est plus long aussi qu'avec les autres transporteurs car il y a interdiction de voler au dessus des états. alors au lieu de 3h40, le vol prend 4h15...
un autre avantage, pour le poids des valises, tu as le droit à 30 kg au lieu de 20 kg avec les autres compagnies.
Je ne sais pas si ça répond à tes questions mais si il y a autre chose que tu veux savoir et que je n'ai pas dit, n'hésites pas
Je pars pour Cuba avec Varaplaya du 9 au 23 avril prochain et j'aimerais seulement savoir si le transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel est bel et bien inclus...?
C'est mon deuxième voyage dans le sud mais le premier fut avec un groupe...donc je n'avais pas trop à me poser de questions et je suivais le reste du monde...mais si l'autobus est bel et bien inclus pour aller à l'hôtel, comment le reconnaître...est-ce que quelqu'un nous guide là-bas, etc.?
Ne t'inquiète pas.Le transport de l'aéroport se fait par autobus.
Varaplaya fait parti du groupe Sol y Sol et c'est ce nom que l'on devait chercher rendu à l'aéroport.
Par contre nous avons jamais vu le représentant à notre hotel. Il était très difficile de communiquer avec lui. J'espère qu'ils l'ont remplacé.
Par contre nous avons bien aimé voyagé avec Cubana. Le service est très bon (repas chaud, vin au repas et boissons douces et bière gratuite).
De plus c'est la seule compagnie qui permet d'apporter 30 kilo de bagage.

P.S Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur ce forum. les avions de Cubana passent maintenant au dessus du territoire américain et le vol n'est pas plus long.
Je viens de penser à une autre question. Comment se passe les escales ? J'en ais une à Cayo Largo à l'aller et une à Varadero au retour. Est-ce qu'on change d'avion ou ils font seulement débarquer des passagers....?
Je m'ai jamais fait d'escale à Cuba. mais lors de mon voyage à Varadero avec Cubana il y avait des gens qui restaient dans l'avion car ils allaient à la Havane.
Au retour c'était la meme chose. Des gens qui avaient embarqué à la Havane étaient déjà assis dans l'avion.

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

However, online, I’ve found two sites for making this reservation:
The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
