Je suis étudiant en BTS Informatique de gestion (avec un diplôme de bac pro informatique en poche), je suis en première année, mais je voudrais quand même vous posez quelques questions, enfin avant tout voici une petite description de mon "expérience professionnelle" : 2007 : Stage 6 semaines dans une ONG chargé de coordination avec des associations travaillant pour la lutte de la fracture numérique. Mission config d'un serveur Linux (recompilation du noyau, mise en place d'une plateforme LAMP) 2006 : stage de deux mois dans une SSII (config d'un serveur Exchange) 2005 : stage de deux mois dans une SSII (config d'un serveur AD)
Puis quelques boulots d'été. Dans l'humanitaire mon expérience est d'un an et demi au SAMU social de la croix rouge.
Mes motivations :
Pouvoir relié ma passion pour l'informatique et celle pour l'humanitaire. Participer à la lutte contre la fracture numérique.
Ce que je recherche :
Etre intégré à un projet qui allie développement des NTIC, de l’environnement, de l’éducation … Bref un projet qui ne soit pas focaliser sur un seul domaine, un projet sur lequel tout les membres travaille en collaboration. Je ne cherche pas à travailler pour des organismes comme UNESCO ou ONU je sais que je n’ai pas les compétences pour, mais je souhaiterais que ce projet ne soit pas une action sans réel étude de besoin du genre : je construis une école à un endroit en Afrique puis une fois bâtit je pars.
Bien entendu je ne vois aucun inconvénient, voire plutôt j’aimerais pouvoir travailler (du moins aider) aux autres tâches que l’informatique concernant le projet.
Je ne cherche pas une mission qui dure 1 mois ou deux, mais qui peut se faire sur des années.
Mes questions :
Tout d’abord selon vous est ce que les projets de développement des NTIC en Afrique ou autres pays émergent ont besoin de main d’œuvre venu d’ailleurs ? Car cela va quand même un peu contre les principes du co-développement.
Le développement des NTIC est il vraiment la priorité ? En regardant de nombreuses offres dans différentes organisations, seul les projets pour l’éducation sur la sensibilisation du VIH ou autres projets concernant la santé sont proposés en matière de développement durable.
Les compétences des pays émergent ne s’auto suffirait elle pas à rétablir la disparité point de vue du développement ? Je prends l’exemple de l’inde ou de nombreux ingénieurs en informatique sont présents, et une grande partie de la population locale est démunie et privé d’accès au NTIC.
En gros la principale question que je me pose aujourd’hui est : Est-ce que je pourrais être utile dans ce domaine ?

Bonjour, nous sommes une association qui soutenons les structures villageoises et intervillageoises à développer leurs capacités.
Dans cette démarche un des volets est la mise en places dans les villages d'un "Centre de Ressources et d'Echanges de Savoir" Ceuxci serai équipé d'ordinateurs et d'une bibliothèque en numérique.
L'autre volet est la circulation de l'information, faire connaitre les villages et communiquer leur idées par l'usage de l'intrnet.
Nous sommes à développer des outils pour le permettre.

La distribution d'outils informatique nécessite une formation, avez-vous besoin de main d'oeuvre ? Quand ce projet devrait il être en oeuvre ?
Je pourrais être intérressé par ces types de projets, mais une fois mon BTS passé (juin 2008). Ma disponibilité serait quasi-immédiate, et le temps pour lequel je partirais infini. Je souhaite contribué à un projet élaborer ou en cours d'élaboration, qui soit suivi et poursuivi. Bien entendu dans le cadre de co-développement la "main d'oeuvre" étrangère, au pays où la mission est effectuée, ne doit pas sans arrêt intervenir, mais tout projet se doit d'avoir une étude préalable mais également postérieure pour savoir leurs retombées.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
