Salut a tous. Je viens de trouver ce forum qui est très passionnant et enfin un vrai forum avec des gens tous aussi motivés les uns que les autres bravo a tous.
Donc voila pour me présenter un peu, j'ai 26 ans et je suis "paumée", je veux en effet bosser dans l'humanitaire et je ne sais plus par ou m'y prendre.
En effet j'ai en poche un bac sciences médico sociales et c'est tout. J'ai tenter des concours d'educ spé, passer une sélection pour un bpjeps projets d'engagement solidaire et ou humanitaire et en vain!!!
Bref je ne baisse pas les bras c'est pas mon style mais je cherche un petit coup de pouce pour savoir comment faire pour etre volontaire salarié d'une asso avec ou plutot sans grands diplomes. Ma motivation est telle que je ne lache pas l'affaire et me renseigne quotidiennement a ce sujet mais c'est pas facile entre l'info et l'intox de batir un projet solide.
Forte d'experience dans l'animations (stages ecole maternelle, halte garderie, IME), entraineur et coach de volley pour les jeunes pendant 8 ans, bénévole en Colombie pendant 3 mois dans un centre enfants handicapés, je veux acquérir de nouvelles experiences et partir de nouveau en Amérique du Sud.
J'aimerais ainsi des renseignements sur vos démarches pour partir en actions huma sur du long terme, ou bien des renseignements sur des diplomes pour se perfectionner avant de nouveaux départs...
En esperant un petit coup de main de votre part, je n'attend qu'une chose c'est d'avancer pour réussir et mener a terme ce projet. Bon courage a tous dans vos différents missions et a très bientot😉

J'ai peut-être un tuyau à te donner.
Dons voilà moi j'ai 20 ans et je suis bénévole à l'AFEV (Association de la Fondation étudiante pour la Ville) et l'AFEV a engagé pour une durée de 6 mois un volontaire dans le cadre du "Volontariat civil de la cohésion sociale et solidaire" lancée par le ministère de la jeunesse et des sports. Dans ce cadre une association fait appel à tes services et tu es rémunéré environs 600 euros par mois ( à vérifier). Il faut néanmoins avoir le niveau Bac et avoir une expérience dans le milieu associatif. Je pense que tu as toutes tes chances.
J'ai pris l'exemple de l'AFEV parce que j'en suis témoin mais je pense que toute association travaillant avec les enfants et/ou personnes agées ont besoin de volontaire.
Alors moi je te conseille de prendre contacte avec toutes les assoc' aux environs de chez toi et de leur demander s'ils n'ont pas besoins de volontaire via le "volontariat civil".
En ce qui concerne les diplômes, tous les diplômes ayant un rapport avec la santé, la social etcc....sont les bienvenus.
Essaie de te renseigner sur les licences professionnelles dans le secteur de l'intervention sociale mais celles ci sont accessibles après un bac+2 ou par équivalence c'est-à-dire que tu doit avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine du social.
Après tu peux tenter le BTS économie sociale et familialeou le DUT carrières sociales. Ils se préparent en deux ans et c'est plus gratifiant que la fac.
Mais je pense pas qu'un diplôme soit nécessaire parce que c'est l'expérience qui prime. Si t'a 3000 diplômes c'est pas pour autant que tu as de la pratique.Donc mise sur les associations peut-être que tu avancera doucement mais ça sera surement. Le mieux, à mon sens, c'est de combiner études et associations c'est ce que j'essaie de faire.
Voilà j'ai essayé de synthétiser tout ce que je savais et j'espère t'avoir aiguillé ne serait-ce qu'un petit peu.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
