Lors de mon séjour à Kanazawa, un après midi je fais des courses dans un combini pas très loin de l'hôtel. Soudain une envie pressante... direction les toilettes... je n'ai pas mis de papier sur la cuvette, j'ai laissé tomber cette habitude. Grosse erreur! 😕
Bref, tout se passe pour le mieux dans les toilettes... je passe en caisse et je repars en vélo. Je fais quelque chose comme 20 mètres et soudain, grosse démangeaison au postérieur.... je m'arrête, je me gratte le postérieur et je repars. 20m plus loin, démangeaison encore plus forte toujours au même endroit. je m'arrête, je me regratte le postérieur, et ca ne passe pas... 🤪
La je me dis qu'il y a un problème.... direction l'hôtel rapidos pour prendre une douche. Heureusement l'hôtel est à 300-400m. Je débarque en toute vitesse à l'hôtel, je tombe sur une employée qui est surprise de me voir revenir : "shower, shower!". Et je file sous la douche. changement de vêtements, et retour à la normale.

d'ailleurs ce n'est pas passé totalement après la douche, disons que c'est passé à 70% et presque totalement le lendemain.
pas de rapport avec le vélo, je suis cycliste depuis 25 ans, j'ai eu fais des journées de 7h30 de vélo sans problème.

C'est une ville sympa après j'y suis resté aussi longtemps parce que j'étais dans un petit hotel hors du commun et ca a été l'occasion de faire beaucoup de rencontres.

en même temps il ne dit pas non plus que le Japon est un pays sale, il dit simplement qu'au Japon tout n'est pas rose et ultra propre. et il a raison. Perso en vélo dans des campagnes j'ai vu des endroits très sales. C'est vraiment le pays des contrastes, celui ou en ville on peut souvent voir quelqu'un se précipiter pour ramasser un morceau de papier de 3 cm, et en même temps dans la nature certains japonais semblent "se lacher un peu"

Peut-être un allergie au produit utiliser pour le nettoyage de la cuvette. Je vois que ça car si c'était une bactérie, etc... la démangeaison n'aurai pas était aussi rapide.

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
