Bonjour nous sommes deux filles qui veulent aller à Marrakech et nous voulons votre avis sur l'hôtel CHEMS.
d'après les sites que nous avons consultés, il est un bon rapport qualité/prix mais la nourriture laisse à désirer et la plupart du temps, ce serait des repas européens.
Qu'en pensez vous?
Une autre question: y'a t'il des endroits à éviter pour deux filles célibataires en visite à Marrakech?

Comme tous les hotels internationaux et les hotels clubs, la cuisine est "internationale" avec un choix de plats locaux.
Les seuls endroits à éviter pour des filles seules à Marrakech, sont les endroits ou les touristes, en général, ne mettent pas les pieds.
Aucun endroit touristique ne comporte de risque.
J'ai une question un peu gênante mais je dois la poser. parmi les deux filles, il y a une noire, origine d'afrique noire; celà poserait il un problème? nous avons déjà été en tunisie et à certains endroits, nous avons été mal à l aise à cause de ça.
En tant que cliente d'hotel ou de touriste, une noire ne devrait trouver aucune raison d'être mal à l'aise.
Il en serait (malheureusement) différemment si elle était résidente et dans la vie professionnelle.
Si je peux me mêler de votre conversation, je suis entièrement d'accord avec ce qui a été dis. Pour le racisme, j'ai pu constater au niveau des douanes à l'aéroport, ils sont souvent un peu plus regardant au niveau des papiers.
Peut être même dans les 2 sens !
Après effectivement quand on est pas résident on a pas le temps de s'en rendre compte.
Sur marrakech, ce sera plus calme en journée, les ouvertures des magasins sont souvent plus réduites. Au ftour, à la tombée de la nuit, il y aura un coup de canon qui annonce la fin du jeun dans les 30 mn avant grosse circulation, ils bombent dans tout les sens pour être à l'heure et prêt à boire et manger. Là après pour les touristes c'est le grand vide dans la ville, logiquement vous ne prévoyez pas de manger au resto ou ailleurs, 1h00 après le sercice reprend et les commerces réouvrent. Respectez ces moments et tout ira bien.
Les boite de nuit et tout le reste pour faire la continueront. Dans l'hôtel rien ne changera, sortez dans ces moments pour comprendre les différences de moeurs c'est trés culturel.

Sinon, j'ai une tante qui est partie à Marrakech en dbut du mois d'août et elle est rentrée mercredi dernier. Il semblerait qu'il a fait entre 45 - 50 °C . Je sais que les pics de température sont élevés en août mais je ne pensais pas autant ! (le guide du routard annonce 36°C max). Comment faire avec autant de chaleur???? :)))))
Il faut marcher à l'ombre, faire suivre sa bouteille d'eau. Rester à l'hotel, aller à la piscine ou se mettre sous clim.
Avec ces températures et pendant le ramadan les marocains ( musulmans) seront tous au ralenti pour tenir, donc les activités seront au minimum.
A marrakech l'idéal c'est d'y aller à partir d'octobre jusqu'à avril.

j'ai une amie qui descend au Chem's de Marrakech a chacun de ses séjours et en est très contente, le personnel est très sympa, l'hotel est proche de la place .
pour le reste évitez les jupes ou short trops court ainsi que les décolletés profonds, bien sur vous trouverez des touristes dénudés, mais c'est une mauvaise façon de se faire remarquer; respectez les et ils vous respecterons!

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
