Bonjour, Je projete un voyage à Cuba début 2006 et je commence à chercher des infos. Dans un premier temps je voudrais savoir s'il faut mieux aller sur l'atlantique ou sur la mer des caraîbes. De plus de France qu'elle est l'agence la mieux placée, pas forcement en prix mais plutot en prestations. Et pour finir quel hotel me suggérez-vous (pour une famille avec 2 enfants de 12 et 18 ans) ?Merci pour vos réponses. Cathy
Vaste question ou il est difficile de répondre car a Cuba il existe des endroits tres touristiques ou personnellement je n'enverais personne ayant des enfants et d'autres ou les vacanciers sont moins nombreux et de ce fait nettement plus calme. La côte atlantique est sensiblement plus fraîche en été grace aux vents. Par contre elle est plus soumise aux dépots d'algues et en général elle a des plages de sable blanc. La mer est souvant plus forte lors des sortie en mer. Le côté caraibe est plus calme mais aussi plus chaude voir tres chaude (même les cubains dissent "mucho calor"). Les plages de sables sont souvant artificielles et elle ont des tombants plus prononcés. Elle est plus salée égallement. Les récifs servent de plage. Entre les deux a Santiago le meilleur des deux . L'endroit le plus chaud de Cuba, des petites plages, du recif, de la mer pouvant être forte🤪. De toute façon il y l'air climatisé dans les chambres et une voir deux piscines😏
En fait je pense que ça dépend du temps de votre voyage. Si c'est en été, vous êtes mieux sur la facade Atlantique car la température sera plus acceptable et les vents aident à supporter la chaleur. La température de l'eau avoisine les 30 oC à cette période.
Par contre, en hivers, la facade atlantique peut être particulièrement froide. La température de nuit peut descendre sous les 20 oC et l'eau est assez froide. C'est mieux que la neige mais quand même, si vous êtes de nature frileuse (comme ma blonde), il y a quand même place à amélioration.

Je suis désolé de vous annoncer que votre réponse est fausse, Du coté de la mer des Caraibes il y a Cayo Largo vrai mais aussi, Cienfuegos, trinidad, Manzanillo ainsi que Santiago de Cuba. Si tu veux dire que le seul coté mer caraibes avec plage de sable blanc est Cayo Largo ça c'est vrai. Les autres destinations n'ont pas de belle plage mais comme température c'est idéal surtout l'hiver.
Les meilleures plage c'est bein le coté nord, l'altlantique avec Playa del este, Varadero, Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Coco, Santa lucia ( bien que la plage peut Être décevante ) et Guardalavaca par contre elle peut être très agitée car le vent vient souvent du nord en période d'hiver et la température peut descendre à 22 celsius le jour tandis que du coté de santiago avec ses plage de sable doré la température ne descend jamais moins que 28.
Alors en résumé l'hiver bon choix caraibes et l'été atlantique.
Désolé.....sur ma carte à moi, afficher comme 'zone populaire de vacances', avec 'bon choix d'hôtel 4*'...c'était Cayo Largo. Au Québec, les autres destinations que vous mentionnez pour le côté Caraibes ..ne sont pas publicisés comme offrant des forfaits vacances...Personnellement j'ai des amis qui y sont allés, avant l ouragan de quelques années...(Cayo Largo ) .et ils marchaient sur des kilometres de plagede sable blanc... avec belle mer turquoise..... Pour répondre à l'autre question posée plus tôt, il existe un autre site internet, fait par les mêmes personnes, avec autant de renseignements que le site de Cayo Largo, et bien, c'est celui qu'ils ont fait sur Cayo Santa Maria (côté atlantique cependant...mais très populaire pour les Québecois ) est: www.cayosantamaria.info Bonne lecture....et donnez-nous des nouvelles ;-))

For my husband's 50th birthday, we're going to Mombasa for 10 days and 8 nights in March 2026.
I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
