Koumbaghor est un petit village de brousse prés de Marssassoum, en casamance, au sud du Sénégal.
Pour y acceder c'est environ 1h de charette tirée par 1 cheval ou env 2h tirée par 2 boeufs, ceci explique peut-être le manque de revenus liés au tourisme et ils ne bénéficient d'aucun soutien.
Ils cultivent principalement le riz.
Ils ont beaucoup d'idées de micro-projets de développements, l'asso des femmes et celle des jeunes, notamment; il s'agit aussi pour eux de lutter contre l'exode des jeunes qui rencontrent ensuite beaucoup de difficultés en zone urbaine tout en devenant des éléments manquants à la dynamique du village.
Pour que leurs idées puissent se concrétiser, ils ont besoin qu'une association s'investisse à leur côté.

je t'encourage à créer ton association toi-même. mais pour cela, il faut trouver d'autres personnes qui soient intéressées et qui adhèrent (avec conviction) à tes idées.
Les procédures administratives à suivre pour sa légalisation sont presque partout les mêmes. tu peux avoir les renseignements nécessaires auprès des autorités administratives de ton pays: préfectures ou sous-préfectures selon ta zone de résidence.

Je suis québecois et je suis impliqué dans différents organismes comunautaires locaux qui ont tous un enregistrementàux registres des entreprises du Québec comme personne morale. Étant membre de différent Conseil d'administration depuis presque 7 ans je peux peut-être vous évitez quelques erreurs.
Vous devez d'abord savoir qu'en vous enregistrant, vous devenez une entité légale avec des droits et des devoirs, et que votre organisme tombes sous la loi des entreprises (Loi civile du Québec). Il va donc falloir vous doter d'un Conseil d'Administration, d'une charte et de Réglements Généraux. Rendu à ce niveau, les bonnes intention ne suffisent plus, on parlent de papiers légaux et de responsabilité civiles très engagentes. Je vous suggère donc de prendre votre temps et de consulter en cas de doute...

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
