J'ai 18 ans, actuellement en première année de médecine (soyons honnête, ça ne veut rien dire... ), cherche à voyager pour le plaisir de voyager... Après mon bac l'année dernière, j'ai fait un ch'tit tour dans un petit tiers du monde comme ça pour voir... Très instructif... J'aime voyager, voilà c'est tout et j'imagine que tout le monde ici me comprend... Mais venons-en au fait... J'ai pas de sous alors j'essaie de trouver des combines (excusez-moi l'expression... )pour partir quand même... Mon objectif du moment est l'été prochain (comme beaucoup... )... Alors à ce niveau du message, tout le monde fait des bonds j'imagine... C'est vrai que je n'ai pas le profil de l'humanitaire... Je veux pas absolument changer le monde ni quoi que ce soit mais je possède quelques menues compétences... C'est pas grand chose mais je parle (vaguement... )anglais, espagnol et russe (quelques bases en chinois mais sans plus... )... Je suis pas non plus un manche mais j'ai rien d'un maçon de génie... Je me fiche complètement du confort... Je dessine convenablement (http://benjamin081288.deviantart.com/) mais ce n'ai quand même pas mon métier... J'ai beau être plein de cynisme, je n'en ai pas moins une certaine forme d'honneur (résultante ineffaçable d'une éducation bobo fortement teintée de morale judéo-chrétienne et d'idéologie altermondialiste... )dirons-nous qui fait que je tiens mes "contrats"... Voilà donc je n'ai plus envie de faire du "tourisme"... Je trouve qu'on ne découvre un pays qu'en ayant une place dans sa société et en parlant la langue... Donc si vous avez besoin de quelqu'un pour emballer les cartons de médoc' ou pour dessiner le logo de l'assoc' je suis preneur... Si vous juger qu'en l'état actuel de mes compétences, je ne serai rien d'autre qu'un parasite estival, exprimez-vous que je ne reste pas sur mes faux espoirs... Les conseils restent la chose qui s'intéressent le plus... Merci d'avance...
PS... Vous avez tous entendu parler de la première année de médecine... C'est vrai qu'on "bosse" comme des "malades" (Ahah... ) donc que personne ne se vexe si je mets deux mois à répondre... Désolé...

Au Sénégal, nous travaillons avec des structures partenaires en démarche d'un mieux-vivre soutenable par l'environnement (humain, naturel) (travaux liés à la ruralité en développant les capacités locales), structures de santé et formation ainsi qu'avec les campements ruraux (sites d'accueil au sein des villages permettant le partage des activités quotidiennes).
Nos actions vers le Sénégal nous ont basés en Basse Casamance depuis plus de 15 ans où nous passons plusieurs mois/an. Prochain départ en janvier 2008.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
