Tout ce que j'ai à te dire c'est qu'avec un aussi bon CV tu peux dès à présent envoyer ta candidature aux grandes ONG celles-ci seront ravies d'avoir une personne comme toi. Les ONG sont friantes de candiatures spontanées.
Tu as as beaucoup d'expériences donc il ne reste plus qu'à te lancer !

Pour une activité salariée, je n'ai pas vraiment de réponses.
Nous accompagnons depuis 1992, les structures rurales dans leur démarches de projets de mieux-vivre local et travaillons donc sur de nombreuses filières : activités rurales, santé, formation, gestion, éducation, social et voyages équitables.

Beaucoup d'expérience en effet... ton profil devrait sans doute intéresser MSF, la procédure est la suivante; candidature spontanée, en fonction de l'intéret il t"envoit un dossier à remplir et t'invite à une journée de test (asesment center). Ensuite tu fas partie d'uen réserve de recrutement prêt à partir dans un délai de 3 mois... Le CICR également (comité international de la croix rouge) de genève, voir leur site... Et sinon, sur le site de "coordination sud" en france, tu trouveras une trentaine d'organisations envoyant des volontaires. Je travaille actuellement pour la coopération belge au pérou, j'ai essayé toutes les possibilités, si tu veux des conseils au niveau rédaction de cv, je peux te conseiller!

Les Volontaires du Progrès recrutent aussi par niveaux, pas forcément diplômes, et à défaut, se basent sur une expérience dans l'humanitaire.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
