Que me conseillez comme endroit à Cuba pour un premier voyage (fin mars 2009). Nous aimerions un hôtel au moins 4 1/2 *, belle plage, bonne animation et belle athmosphère sur le site, bonne bouffe.
Nous sommes déjà allé en R.D., donc là on voudrait connaitre autre chose.
tu vas voir qu'à Cuba, les gens sont vraiment plus chaleureux qu'en R.D. C'est le fun ça!
Souvent on dit que Cuba c'est moins bon qu'en R.D., la bouffe, les chambres, etc...
Si tu veux pas être déçue, vas au Mélia Las Dunas à Cayo Santa Maria. La bouffe est très bonne, beaucuop de restos différents, site très grand, très belle plage (dans la même ligue que la Bavaro à Punta Cana, moins large sur le sable, mais l'eau est vraiment mieux encore!), chambres magnifiques, lobby luxueux, etc...
C'est loin de l'aéroport (1h25), donc pas d'excursion sur place à part le catamaran et la pêche et d'autres excursions locales...
En tout cas, tu seras pas déçue de découvrir Cuba par là!

Le barcelo Solymar est un 4*(varadero)mais il est situé à 5minutes à pied de la ville de varadero, alors si tu veux sentir le pols de la population...Je te conseille de réserver une chambre dans les villas, beaucoup plus éclairée que dans l'hôtel...la plage est magnifique et le personnel chaleureux...côté bouffe(J'ai fait 8 hôtels à Cuba), c, est le meilleur...mais il ne faut pas oublier que l'on est à cuba..la bouffe est moins bonne qu'en répiblique dominicaine, même si lè aussi, ça laisse parfois à désirer...pour la gastronomie...il faut prendre des voyages autre que les destinations-soleil populaires....mais le Barcelo est un excellent choix..je compte bien y retourner...bon voyage!
On entend souvent le commentaire que la nourriture est moins bonne à Cuba qu'en RD mais les agents de voyage s'entendent pour dire que le Playa Pesquero à Holguin fait vraiment exception. J'y suis allé, ça été mon plus beau voyage. Beaucoup de restos, site impeccable, très propre, personnel gentil. La plage est la plus belle que j'ai vue!
C'est un endroit que j'aimerais beaucoup revoir! Le site est grand, on ne se tanne jamais de revoir les mêmes affaires mais en même temps on est pas déranger par trop de voyageurs, c'est vraiment un endroit magnifique.😎

Ça dépend toujours de la perception de chaque personne.
J'adore les Dominicains, ça ne veut pas dire que je ne trouve pas les Cubains chaleureux.
Souvent, pas tout le temps, heureusement, il y a une raison derrière ce côté "chaleureux" des Cubains.
Ils savent que nous arrivons là-bas avec une valise pleine de cadeaux, vêtements, bouffes et autres. Alors, ils seraient bien fous de ne pas l'être, chaleureux!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
